If I could have selected no stars that'd be it! These dodgy buggers charge you for what is provided free through proper USA Homeland Security website. I was just trying to check the status of my ESTA and the site looked legitimate so I paid $19 for the status check. DON'T DO IT, this status check service is, and should be, free

Scam
Scam, I applied and paid for my ESTA two months in advance of my USA trip. Arrived at the airport to be advised my ESTA was invalid. Do not trust these people. ESTA cost irrelevant in the overall scheme of things, wasted travel costs in excess of £1,000. Shame on you.

This company is a sham
This company is a sham. Using logos from the official site they charged me $69 for what should have cost $14 had I realised it was not the official dhs esta site. It was only when I received the ESTA invoice for $14 that I realised I'd been scammed. I wrote and threatened to post warning people and they said they'd refund me the money, but they never did. Please check the small print right at the bottom of the page. I'm usually more astute but it was late and I was tired.
