I thought I got here through a wire cutter ad and ordered some headphones Then I went back to the New York times to read the article. however they were able to cancel my order when I did it on a chat from their website so I guess maybe not a scam and I'm going to go try to find the review because if it really is well reviewed I actually want the headphones :-) this is an edit of course. four stars rather than five because there was no way to delete the order myself.

Do not purchase this product. The app is difficult to figure out as it has ads that make it confusing what to download. The instructions are not very good and it is hard to get help. It does not come with a chip, so you have to purchase a chip for service. When I got the chip and put it in the tracker, it would not stay in. I tried another chip and it still wouldn't stay in. When I reached out to Osmo for assistance I did not receive a response, so I am no just out $100 for a product that I have never used and cannot use.

Osmo Nordpaw Scam. Anasreview.com website gives it the highest ranking, because anasreview.com IS the same owners as OSMO-Nordpaw. HOAX- False advertising and false RFERVIEWS SCAM. Says no monthly subscription required, but it is inoperable without a monthly prepaid cellular data subscription plan (sim card) . TOTAL SHAM. False advertising and the review site that has"TrustPilot" label on it is actually a website owned and operated by the owners of the product they give all the highest rating and reviews on. TOTAL HOAX. Anasreview.com is operated by Seth Media, in "About us" link on anasreview.com. Interestingly enough, the email support for the Osmo Nordpaw, which is ranked as #1 on Anasreview.com is run and operated by Seth Medical Group on the Anasreview.com, the same entity that runs the review site which has provided the direct links to the site to purchase the device called usa.osmo-official.com on anasreview.com Contact support for Osmo-Nordpaw is "Seth Medical Group" . Same play on names and companies all run by same person and group of scammers. TOTAL HOAX AND SHAM.

I purchased an OsmoPro vacuum, it is a piece of junk. It has no suction and is very flimsy. The return process is a rip off. It was shipped from California but they want me to return it to the UK! Making it double the cost to return it. They did offer me a 30% refund to keep it, but it is literally worthless! DONT buy from this company!!!

I originally purchased two NordPaw GPS devices for my small-breed dogs, but unfortunately, the products did not meet the expectations set by their advertising—particularly regarding battery life and suitability for small dogs. I experienced significant frustration during setup and use, and felt that some product claims were misleading.

However, I will say that customer service ultimately listened, responded respectfully, and resolved the issue by offering a full refund without requiring a return. While the product did not work for my needs, I appreciate the resolution and hope the company updates its descriptions to better guide future customers.

Complete scam, I ordered heated gloves from them. They never shipped it. After a month of waiting for them to even ship the product I demanded a refund and to cancel the order. Repeatedly they told me they can't cancel an order that has already shipped despite their own webpage saying it hasn't shipped. They string you along, but never provide the product you paid for.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM.
