I ordered a Ranvoo toothbrush and 3 replacement heads from us.ranvoo.com. The delivery was significantly delayed, and the replacement heads did not match my order. I immediately requested a return, which Ranvoo confirmed and granted me 30 days (until 20 April 2026) to send the items back.
However, despite multiple emails and providing all requested details (including reasons for return at their explicit request), I have received no return address, no shipping label, and no refund confirmation for over 10 days now. Their return link only leads to the homepage asking for a “confirmation code” I never got.
RANVOO Support keeps promising quick follow-up but delivers nothing. I’m ready to return the items in perfect condition, but without their cooperation, I cannot proceed. This blocks my legal right to refund.
RANVOO Team: Please contact me IMMEDIATELY at my known email address with the return details to resolve this before I escalate to chargeback and consumer protection authorities.
Order # 4505. I want a fair solution – don’t force me to take further action.
