Bob was a star, answered all my questions promptly and quickly. Even answered really technical ones about the ASN OVH uses and tips from his engineering partner about using both IPv4 and IPv6 on the same server, didnt expect that. Keep doing gods work Bob your awesome.

Ashley O. walked me through a very tense experience where I locked myself out of my VPS. It wasn't just a lost password--there were a bunch of extra steps and I had no idea how to get through it. But she got me there with very specific commands and links. I was especially grateful for her quick and supportive responses

After being an OVH customer since 2017 and having over 10 dedicated servers with this company over these last 5 years, I can say I am very happy with every aspect as to how they operate and have treated me as a customer. They do their best to keep prices as low as possible, while at the same time, providing an absolutely amazing service and/or product. Some points I’d like to make regarding the experiences I have had as a customer are below.
1. I have had no issues with a hardware failure of any kind.
2. Their infrastructure allowed my servers to remain up with no downtime whatsoever during attacks, even during not so small ddos attacks.
3. Support has always answered my support tickets in a timely manner.
4. Although I have this specific feature disabled. If your server becomes unreachable for any reason, whether hardware failure or a malfunctioning OS, techs will actually do an intervention to see what the cause is and give you any details of what they find via an intervention ticket made by the tech(s) that is/are on-site at the time.
5. I have never had a noticeable outage on any of the dedicated servers which I have through OVH over the past 5 years.
I’d really like to thank Kelsey, from sales, which has been extremely kind and very helpful in getting servers of mine up and going in a very short time after an order is placed. Kelsey was also nice enough to keep me up-to-date on the order statuses.
I have no intentions on switching providers from OVH as everything they offer has worked perfect, and really there is nothing I would ask them to change about they way they run their business. Needless to say, I’m just a very happy customer. : )

The cloud experience in general is great, our company has been using it for over a year to host our test and dev environment and stability, scalability of the platform is great. A special rate of 5 start to our rep Kara Banks who has made our experience so gar brilliant.

As a Brazilian, I only buy Dedicated/VPS here at OVH. Good service and they advise me perfectly.

I've been working with OVH for about 4 years now. Their support was horrible and hard to reach. So, we were on our own and never tried to contact support for about three years. However, I needed support last week and I was surprised! I got support from Kelsey S. and the experience was superb. Very diligent, knowledgeable and great follow up from them. This has been one of the best support experiences with a cloud service. Thank you Kelsey!
