Bait-and-Switch?
I was trying to use a special offer of 40% off (the evening of the final day of the offer), but only a lesser offer of 20% would appear on checkout. After several correspondence exchanges, including a screenshot which they said was not their type or size, they refused to refund the difference. It would only have been $8 for a long-time customer. This feels like a bait and switch.
