I have never received my order because…
I have never received my order because the UNI UNI cannot find my house!! This is unacceptable!! I live on a major Highway with my mailbox clearly visible and my driveway has stone pillars with my last name and my address!!! If you have to use this company for your delivery I will not be ordering again. Please refund my order or send in thru UPS OR FED EX. They deliver all my orders efficiently. I have had many issues with UNI UNI and have lost my hard earned money. Have reported them to the BBB.

Your cancel order does not work on your website, I originally tried to change a color of the foundation, that I have waited for it to come in stock for several months, and this was not able to be changed either. The order still shows in processing, and I was told it was not able to be cancelled. Now I have to figure out how to return it. And I NEED to pay the return postage? So Sad in so many ways...

Eye creams do not diminish darkness
Have bought products in the past. They seem to be clean and as advertised. It would be good if you sent out fewer emails; there is a limit to the number of products that one person needs to use. Discounts and special offers are nice.
