I purchased a men's dress coat and am extremely particular about my clothes. I first ordered a sweater to see if the quality was as stated and indeed it surpassed my expectations. When ordering the coat I had questions regarding size and color and the customer service was some of the best customer care I have ever known. So glad I found you guys, you have a customer for life!

Gobi cashmere USED to be really good when they started, fair prices, good customer service but over time they have got SO GREEDY with ridiculous prices for the same things that other cashmere companies offer for half of Gobi prices.Not only that they don't even offer free pp to the UK unless you spend minimum of £199.00. Try and return something and they have all sorts of rules and regulations and their customer service is rubbish. I used to buy alot of cashmere from Gobi, but there are better and fairer cashmere companies to do business with.,

Poor construction quality; seams failed on third wearing. There is no customer service available to offer repairs or replacement. I'd strongly discourage anyone from spending money with this questionable company.

Excellent quality and price. Fast shipping and nicely packed. I bought the wide leg pants first and then purchased the ribbed dress and sweater with cut out sleeves. All so well made and Gorgeous. I will continue buying from Gobi

They didn't send me a Returns Label so I decided to call them.
None of the numbers quoted on their sites are working. I was told ' this number is out of service ' 3 times!
Never again will I order from them!

I was looking for something warm extra soft but not bulky like some wools are, and found Gobi. There are several items for men women and children that are reasonably priced. Fast shipping, good quality, super soft and the perfect cuddly warmth we all want and deserve during the winter season. Sizing charts may be a bit confusing, but in my experience go with your normal size - XS, S, M, L, and don't pay attention to measurements in inch's. XS Bralette Organic color is the perfect size, shape, and color, for a 31 inch bust, and can work well for 2 inch's up or down.

So far, a terrible experience. The product was not a good quality and ran very small. The return process is impossible to navigate and the customer service phone number is not a real number. Very questionable company.
