Sadly this Company has little respect for it's patrons and far from providing a quality service the reverse is the case 😢 The products are expensive but the quality does not match the price. One has to pay for postage and the garments are posted in a paper bag from Hong Kong, which suggests this is BNKR's base. The product after hanging for weeks looks like this - it is little more than a cheap rag but if cost me £150 (English Sterling) I have never worn it. I would ofcourse return it if I knew BNKR was honourable but they are not. The reason I purchased this is because my initial dealing provided me with a most unsuitable dress not only did I pay for the postage from Hong Kong I had to pay for the return postage and added to this insult they kept £10 of my money plus they refused a refund instead provided a credit note. Hence I was Forced Against My Judgement and My Will to purchase a second item from BNKR in order to obtain what remained of my money which was paid for the first unacceptable product. The images on their website create a vision of quality both in this Company and their products. The image is false and misleading and I will be pursuing this by other means because of the trust one places in BNKR's website which has obviously gone to huge endeavours to create an illusion that is deceptive and certainly deceiving. I am happy to provide photographic evidence if required or I will make the item available to view so upset am I about the illusory BNKR have adopted and how we are fooled and lose hard earned money 😢

I've ordered from fashion bunker twice and both times the order was shipped within a few hours which was incredible! The first time I bought a dress on sale which didn't flatter me at all and I returned it. I didn't realise its just store credit not refund on sale items but that's my fault. The returns process was easy enough. No complaints so far

Poor customer service!!! Fabric quality of the item purchased is poor. Not worth the price! Sizing is off! The store if refusing to provide a prepaid return label

I ordered a pair of shoes from BNKR. They were beautiful but sadly I had to return them because Nordstrom had a huge sale and had them for cheaper. I wasn't sure if they would do price adjustment I probably should have contacted and asked but I didn't think to at the time. Overall customer service was great. Whether you contact them on the website or Instagram, they always answer. I definitely will shop here again. I am sad I had return the shoes but I will shop agan. I wish they had stores you can go to though because you have to pay for shipping. I would be afraid something would not fit right. Overall though I am very happy with the customer service to the point that I still feel bad for returning the shoes. If you are from the USA there are no duties or taxes to pay, they pay it for you. Also shipping is soo QUICK, even during the pandemic I received it so quickly. I believe it took like 2 days. Definitely was impressed. Thank you guys!!! :)

I purchased before seeing these reviews and was a little worried but that wasn’t the case at all for me. My order was slightly delayed due to covid-19 but even thought it was a courier issue, the team and BNKR were very kind to me and gave me as much help as possible, they even wanted to hear how my trouble went when contacting the courier. The dress arrived and it was gorgeous, true to size and exactly as pictured. I’m glad I purchased and will be returning ASAP.

I made numerous purchases, purchasing the smallest size and it's still too big, I returned it, and purchased another item of clothing in the smallest size, still too big.
I expressed my frustration that they products do not fit me as everything is too big. I genuinely wanted something to fit me, and not waste my time. I tried making numerous purchases, but had to return each one.

The customer service team did not show any concern or compassion, and made it out that it is my problem and my fault. It is not my fault your XXS and size 4 is too big, when I wear size 6 and XS in EVERY other brand of clothing I own.

I tried my best to find something that fit. But your customer service team was disgusting and unhelpful.

Why are you making it so difficult for consumers?!

I really wish I read the reviews on here before buying! Being a usual Canadian customer of Australian fashion, I expected to pay maybe $40 to $60 in duties, but I just received my FSHNBNKR package and had to pay $137 IN DUTIES. my order alone was $350 CAD. It's clear now that they're doing terrible for a reason, because they basically keep reminding me in their emails that the "customer is responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipt". Which is complete bull because I didn't expect to pay 40% of my purchase in duties. Ridiculous brand and their clothes aren't even worth it. Go to ASOS instead.

I purchased a dress with this company. Originally I began on one website that led me to BNKR. Since the dress was expensive I did not believe the item I would receive would be a piece of junk, but there it was in all its wrinkled glory, thin, horribly sewn, and cost me duties. I wish I had read these reviews. I even notice the company response and suggests that they are not at fault...BS. I am in the process of trying to get my money back, fat chance. BUYER BEWARE!!! High end stores have great return policies. This place is low end Asian made garbage.

Before purchasing with BNKR I read through their returns policy as I always do before purchasing anything online. I ordered a few things which I was unsure if they would fit me, so I knew that I would potentially be returning some/all of them. It was not clear enough in the ordering process that using a discount code would make my full priced items non refundable if returned and instead I would be given a store credit for them. I find this incredibly deceiving.

I also found the clothes to be very bad quality, made out of cheap materials and over priced for what they are. One of the tops that I did end up keeping fell apart after just 2 washes. Unacceptable.

To make matters worse, when contacting the staff, via email, online chat and finally over the phone, they were incredibly unhelpful, disrespectful and condescending, telling me that 'ordering online can be hard for some people'. They didn't listen to my issue and continued to repeat lines about their policy to me as if they were a recording machine (now I see that they are very well practiced at dealing with unhappy customers).

This is an issue that many people have gone through before and I just hope that they get shut down before too many people get screwed over by them. BNKR are tricking people and basically stealing their money!

Great clothes !, bought from them a few times until I discovered their retail store( since im located in LA)...omg :)

I was doubtful based on reviews but the **devil is in the details** if you read the fine print no problemo!
But the girl I spoke to Tuandre I think was her name was super helpful. She noted that they have a live chat and thats the go to for post purchase question.

(AU) Horrible customer experience with an inadequate and outdated returns policy. After being a loyal customer for years, spending thousands of dollars with them, this experience has turned me. This brand has no value for the people buying from them, they only want your money. I will NEVER shop Fashion Bunker BNKR again.

Terrible returns policy and unpleasant customer service.

I purposefully read their terms and conditions, knowing the (newly released and still available for full price) styles I purchased may not be to my liking. It was not clearly stated that returns would only be valid for a credit note if the discount code was used (I specifically read their terms and conditions to check this), else I would not have purchased from this site. I continue to shop at other online stores with reasonable returns policies who emphasise if particular items purchased will not be eligible for returns. These brands are available at plenty of other websites (including David Jones stores).

As I stated above, it was particularly tiresome attempting to resolve this issue with the repetitive, passive aggressive staff sending poorly proof read replies.

Terrible customer service. Bought two items on sale and then returned them for a credit note. Was told this was not possible as items were “final sale”. I was aware of this policy and was sure to check that the items were not marked as final sale. They refused to acknowledge their own error and charged me a further $10 to return the items to me. JOKE! Shop with revolve instead. Same quality of clothes and brands but WAY better customer service!

BNKR is BY FAR the worst online company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered quite an expensive dress from BNKR, and firstly when I received it, I was shocked it was sent to me in a thin crumpled up plastic bag, and not folded neatly in a box for better shipping, halfway across the world (Hong Kong to Ireland)!! When I opened the package, firstly, the dress was heavily wrinkled due to improper packaging, but worse again, the dress was both dirty and damaged. This was a cream silk dress and you could very clearly see pulled threads visible in a number of areas all over the dress. The dress was also stained in two places. There is simply no way that someone could miss that. I think the dress was returned worn by someone else and just shoved into a new package and sent to me, there is clearly no quality checks conducted. I sent photos of the damaged and dirty areas of the dress to customer services and they agreed it was damaged and stained - but did not apologize! Instead they acted as if it was completely routine or normal, and just said to send it back. I paid for return shipping and they had agreed to refund the item and all the shipping costs incurred. They then refunded me less than what I originally paid for the dress, they never sent me an invoice, they just and email to say a refund was processed so I didn't know what I was being refunded for! They then said they do not refund shipping costs, so I paid for the item, delivery and return delivery to them and they refused to refund for return shipping - even though this is entirely their fault. Please consider that they are refusing to refund me on delivery and return shipping even though the item sent to me was DIRTY AND DAMAGED. I would never ever have purchased such an expensive item, had I known it would have been already worn and damaged. I had to spend so much time emailing back and forth with their customer care representatives, who I find to be extremely sarky and unhelpful, trying to recoup my losses. Not once has BNKR apologized for any of this, and I have lost money on this failed purchase. They are beyond unhelpful, uninterested, and have very poor or inexperienced customer service agents dealing with you. I would seriously recommend that all shoppers avoid BNKR.

Due to some mistake, I made a wrong purchase with BNKR. And then I sent an e-mail to customer care team after I finished my purchase immediately to cancel my order 600012230.
But the order is still shipped. I wrote twice time to customer care team and customer support team but did not get any respond. What a terrible service.
If you want to purchase with BNKR, Watch out!!!
