My husband bought me earrings from this…

My husband bought me earrings from this place in JUNE! We still have not received them. There were so many mistakes on their end and excuses! I do NOT RECOMMEND BUYING from here! They said they were being sent out September 30 and the initial shipping was 12-15 days! Even after it being MONTHS it still has taken longer! Im so disappointed i don't even want them anymore! I cant even comment on the quality due to still not having them! With the money we spent I could have found something different. I loved the idea but do not love the experience

SENT ME THE WRONG RING

Sent me the wrong persons ring. Told me they would add something to make up for it. After another month of waiting for my actual ring, they did not even include the item that was supposed to make up for the inconvenience. Waited 2 months for the correct ring.

Well after I purchased the ring they…

Well after I purchased the ring they told me it was no longer being sold and they’d have to refund it. Which the ring had been put in the motion of a refund on September 16th which was my birthday. It’s now October 1st and I still haven’t received my refund to my account. Order No: 825070187720

This experience is very 50/50

This experience is very 50/50. While it is an amazing designer, distributer, and a company trying to provide the true love experience. The process is very long. Not necessarily the purchasing process but the wait. You would think they would make the process a little faster than 2 months because most people don’t purchase the rings months in advance. That is about the only negative I can say.

I needed a refund

I needed a refund, they let me speak to an advisor and it was forwarded to high priority instantly, whole thing was quick and stress free. Customer service like theirs is unmatched!

Scamming me

My ring broke and I sent it back to the address customer support emailed me and now there saying my 500 dollar ring can not be found and want me to purchase the same ring for 500 dollars and they said if they get the other ring they will refund me and that’s even if they found the ring I mailed the ring out around 3 months ago and it’s still “lost” and I’m not able to get a refund
