Custom plugs are amazing, i have been using them for years. Always spot on with sizes and great delivery times. I have plugs, tunnels, Sunglasses and jewellery boxes from them and everything is to the highest quality. I can not sing their praises loud enough. Highly recommend.

Honestly, some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Josh at Custom Plugs was amazing. He's extremely professional, very patient, and accommodating. Fixed mistakes that I made on two separate orders.

Disappointment big times.
Delivery times are awful, costumer serviss help seems I am talking with wall, they do not understand speed and times whatsoever, everything i told them they ignored and answer me something I didn't ask.
Do not suggest this company.

I accidentely ordered the wrong size. I contacted custom plugs on Instagram that understood that I had made a mistake and was kind enough to send me the correct size, without any extra cost. Can only highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing products!

Got a few plugs from a friend for Christmas - was shocked to see how much it cost for them. The quality is no different at all to the ones i've got from ebay for a 1/5th of the price. Very over-priced. Told my friend not to bother spending so much on me next time.

Ordered from the UK site. Fast delivery, even on Black Friday. Products are great. Would recommend :)

I ordered a number of things from this company, but there was a fault with one of their products: the black onyx pincher, 4mm. I wrote to them explaining the issues, they emailed me back with photos of the replacement they would send to check if it was okay and sent it straight out. Brilliant company.
