Scam site. Can't even make an account just keeps saying im failing their fkn ridiculous ass 7 part captcha system. Even had 3 OTHER PEOPLE try, they all failed. Guess all 4 of us are robots.

Unfortunately I can't even get get past creating an account. I'm incredibly frustrated with how ridiculous the "are you a robot?" test is. I'm just trying to play a game and now I just have to delete it because it keeps telling me I'm not human.?

I absolutely hate blizzard, they have completely destroyed the game i loved all throughout my childhood and then adulthood. They sold out to gold sellers. Its now a pay to win game. Its absolutely disgusting......

My daughter had a subscription several years ago and deactivated it in 2024. Despite this Battle Net has continued to siphon $$$ from our account, the most recent being today. There is no link to canceling a subscription and she has tried every avenue, so they just keep taking money. So I have had to change my banking details and passwords so they can't continue. These people clearly have no idea about being a decent retailer. I have told every single person I know who games about this. Don't use their service.

do not use battlenet. the game isnt working and they wont give refund. and now they say i dont even have an account.. Stay away from battlenet use STEAM.

SCAM. Money was taken and my account was blocked/banned within days without recourse or explanation. This organisation is a SCAM until proven otherwise. There is no way to contact this organisation either which increases my suspicion of it being a scam. Especially after the money has been taken.

My account was hacked and I was stressing but when I figured out how to contact costumer support I loved how they really wanted to make sure that I was the owner of the compromised account. I felt so relieved after they gave me my account back. Great friendly and patient people!

Absolute piece of junk software that got stuck in a log in loop and then stuck in a reloading loop. Worst piece of junk I have ever used to manage games, will just keep clear of anything Blizzard related because of it.

I’ve been playing Blizzard games for years, but my recent experience with Battle.net’s store and refund policies was one of the most frustrating I’ve ever had on any gaming platform.

During the Black Friday sale, I bought the Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred Deluxe Edition for 20.99 €, while the Ultimate Edition cost 31.49 €. A simple and fair upgrade should’ve cost around the difference — roughly 10.5 €.

But once I purchased Deluxe, Battle.net suddenly wanted 30 € for the upgrade to Ultimate. That means paying 21 € + 30 € = 51 € for something that was 31.49 € during the sale. No other modern platform does this.

Even worse:

Battle.net does not offer refunds for DLC at all, even minutes after purchase.

They do not adjust upgrade prices based on the sale you bought during.

Support confirmed they can’t help, even though they admitted they wish they could.

If you buy the “wrong” edition during a sale, you are locked out of upgrading at a reasonable price.

On Steam, GOG, Epic, and even free-to-play games like Path of Exile, upgrade pricing always reflects what you already paid. You never lose money. Battle.net is the complete opposite — and it feels extremely consumer-unfriendly.

This system punishes players for buying during sales and creates a terrible experience.
I strongly recommend buying Blizzard games on Steam instead of Battle.net. Their refund system, upgrade pricing, and customer protection are miles ahead.

This was the first and last time I’ll ever buy DLC through Battle.net.

My accoun has been hacked and blizzard have no hotline and chat is only with stolen authenticator. No help. Never buy game from blizzard

The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.
My account was hacked and games removed.
I gave the proof of purchase and to be fair, within a few days they found the games. however they insist that the account they found the games in, is my account, but it isn't in my name, doesn't have my phone number, and doesn't have my battle tag. So basically I can't play the games, I can't alter the account and my original account thar works as normal shows that I have to re purchase all my games.I have been through 3 rounds of tickets and not once have they addressed the problem. Just tell my they have recovered my account.

broken log in and sign up flows which no one seems arsed to fix. Ended up requesting a refund for the game a purchased as it required this crap service.

I can't log in to the authenticator because it wants a code from the authenticator or a code from an SMS which they never send, so it's an endless loophole. What a useless system. They could not solve this issue since last year!!

It takes a lot for me to make the effort to complain officially about something.

Battlenet is the worst program I have EVER used on ANY OS in over 20 years. I cant understand how you could possible make something so bad.

They terminated my account with 2 games on it and i don't even know what the f happened! Didn't tell me if i got hacked or anything. I didn't even notice a thing or got any message. Just lost 2 games. Shame on you!!!

I couldn't get through the verification to make an account. It's clear this company does not want my time, money or effort. What a waste of half an hour of my life.
