I own 3 Amazfit products and am very happy with each item.

I own 3 Amazfit items, 2 fitness trackers & UP open ear buds. All ordered from Amazfit US at different times. I have had no problems with any of the purchases (delivery usually within 5 days)and am more than happy with thefunctionality of each. The first band was purchased 2 years ago, the second about a year ago & the buds in the past 6 months. All have worked great with the Zepp app, no issues whatsoever! I'm truly surprised at the features each have, especially considering price. I have owned higher priced, popular name brand fitness trackers and have never been as pleased as with Amazfit. Thanks for what you do Amazfit!

I ordered a Balance 2 from there

I ordered a Balance 2 from there. I checked the website to get the totals for all fees before I confirmed my purchase. There was even a little box (with a question mark symbol) on the page for shipping and import fees etc... I clicked this box and the only fee that was displayed was the shipping fee. Nothing else was displayed showing any duty or anything like that. So I placed my order. Then, after it was shipped, I get an email telling me that I owe another approx $200 in duties and taxes! This despite the fact that when I clicked on the box to show the fees before I purchased the watch, it did not show these fees. This increased the price of the watch by 50%... I have sent multiple messages to the company and they will not reply. I contacted fedEx to tell them to cancel the delivery as it has not left the States yet. but somehow, it shows on the tracking that it is still coming... This seller is a scam artist. You can order these watches from a Canadian vendor website. Do that instead of ordering from "us.amazfit.com" even if this site promises to be a few dollars cheaper... They are scamming you and deliberately hiding fees that they are aware of (but they know that you are not aware of)... I am currently out over $400 from this company!
Update: I heard back from the company after placing this review on here. They say they will accept a return and refund my money after they get notification from FedEx that it is on the way back to them. I have been in contact with fedex twice to have it sent back to us.amazfit so I will wait and see if I actually get my money back and then update.

Canadians please don't order from there…

Canadians please don't order from there site. They don't tell you that you'll receive a FedEx bill for a couple of hundred dollars for the delivery even though it states FREE DELIVERY.
When you contact customer service they just ignore you.

Bad Customer Service

On April 18, I ordered a watch from the Amazfit USA website. It was stated that it would be delivered in 3-5 business days. But even though today is April 25th, it still hasn't been delivered.I emailed the support department 4 times, but there was no response.
Customer service is very bad. (Order = USAMZ35541)
If you won't be delivering this week, cancel the order and refund my money.

Keep well clear

Keep well clear. Cheap products sold overpriced to maximise their profits. As soon as it breaks (and it will), they will deny any wrongdoing and tell you it’s all your fault. Mine broke within weeks of wearing. Buy better

i got an amazfit watch from amazon it…

i got an amazfit watch from amazon it was ok till they moved to zepp.
if you want a watch that does the basics with god battery it is good the charge lasts about 2 weeks however since the change of app to zepp it wont pair so its pretty much just a watch that you have to charge every 2 weeks.
the zepp team asked for pictures of the watch and asked what phone i use (galaxy A70)
since then nothing no answer so for a fit monitor at present it is bad as you cannot store results over a period of time.
