Wife bought two pair for us for…

Wife bought two pair for us for Christmas. Same issue on both. Put them in my ear and all it does is repeat the phrase 'maximum volume' over and over. Then 'power off'. Waste of time and money. Very poor quality product. The Airbuds 2.

Absolute Rubbish

This product is a complete waste of money, l have contacted the customer helpline a number of times to try to get some advice to get them to work but they are completely ‘dead’ Basically they are a load of rubbish, don’t buy them. Furthermore you don’t get a refund.

Bad quality, broken, no refund or replacement

Bad quality, bad customer service.

My daughter saved up for these as iphone ones were to expensive. After about a week one side went wrong and we contacted airbuds. Airbuds said they would replace them. This was back in May and we are still awaiting either new airbuds or a refund. We have received several emails to say they were on their way and a tracking number was going to be send. We have received nothing. These are not as good as they seem to be and definitely not worth the hassle. Please don't buy these and spend your money elsewhere. You can see from the website that they are not a proper outlet.

Hope this helps people who are deciding to buy airbuds.

My order number: 102932
Purchased in May, product arrived faulty, 1 of the airbud was not working. Contacted them send the pictures, they want me to send it back to China address which costed me another £7. Send all the pictures of the item, package & proof of postage. Following up with the useless customer service team for the past 3 months. All I get is automated email every time I follow up. How do the government allow such company to advertise and sell their products in the UK market. There are so many people becoming victim of fraud. Beside the money what we have lost is the time in following up for our refund and what we have gained is the unnecessary stress not knowing whether our money will be refunded. We must take them to UK trading standards. DO NOT BUY AIRBUDS.........THEY ARE ABSOLUTE SCAMMER.

Wish my husband saw these reviews here…

Wish my husband saw these reviews here before he ordered 3 sets of airbuds. Mine broke and then melted while charging. I called the "real" Airbuds number and they told me we bought from fraudulent website that sends junk from China. The rep told me the site was shut down but nothing we can do. Told me they are wholesaler and they only sell through retailers. Don't fall for fake Airbuds website!

DO NOT BUY!!! SCAM! SCAM!! SCAM!!! TOP BIN SCAM!!!

The product is doesn’t work if it arrives at all and if it works expects it to stop 🛑 working 2days after.
& oh the customer service is pure garbage 🗑 and irrelevant... Fell for the 0-list celebrities that promoted the products & for a fact that it said UK airbuds.
It’s shipped from China & not UK... Do not waste your money as it’s scam! Is there an organization that can take legal action if they were reported? Taking forever to receive refund.

AirBuds is a scam

AirBuds is a scam. I ordered and was told 7 to 14 days. After 6 weeks I contacted my credit card fraud dept and got a refund from them. 2 months later they came and didn't work. I said I wanted to send them back. They told me to pay for shipping to China. Their website doesn't work either. DON'T BUY AND IF YOU DID CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD CO. Most of their links come up 404 error. They are a ripoff.

Terrible

Fraud website, ordered 3 months ago still no product, requested a refund, dreadful! They don't reply and they're not doing anything. DO NOT ORDER! I have contacted customer support 15 times, and have not had any reply. Very disappointed. I shall report this company.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! MY SON PURCHASED AIR BUDS WITH HIS ALLOWANCE 2.5 MONTHS AGO.. STILL NO DELIVERY? EMAILED 10 TIMES AND I GET THE SAME REPLY. DUE TO HIGH DEMAND AND COVID.. BULL****.. AMAZON, UPS, FEDEX HAVE NO PROBLEMS DELIVERING..? I FEEL SO BAD FOR MY KID CHECKING MAIL EVERYDAY IN HOPES OF HIS AIRBUDS.. I DEMAND A REFUND BACK TO HIS DEBIT CARD ASAP!!!!

June 18, 2020 His airbuds finally arrive.. My 12 year old is so excited.. Only to find out one side doesn’t work.. I am so upset over this whole ordeal.. I drive straight to Best Buy and get him the real deal.. Apple AirPods! They are perfect!! Lesson Learned Please Please do NOT purchase Airbuds.. Save and buy the real deal.. It’s 100% worth it!!!!
