Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I placed my order over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times through Instagram and email, but they completely ignored me. No replies, no updates, nothing. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If you value your time and money, I would strongly recommend avoiding this website. I regret ordering from them and will never buy from them again.
