Let's start with the fact that it took 3 months of emails of back and forth to order 2 items to the UK. And of course the items don't work once they arrived.
Their customer service system is moronic, and they barely speak English. And they don't really help you out with the malfunctioning product.
The amount of frustration with dealing with them is staggering. And it drags on for months and months.
You guys are doing a great job. Industrial tools that are not available online earlier are now easily available with you. Purchased a jigsaw from urjakart and got the product in good condition.
