Tried three nites to use it and I was WET as hell next morning. It is useless

I am having trouble getting a response back for a return label. The device has not been used and the nursing home won’t use it they are afraid the strap will cause a rash due to my father’s very sensitive skin.

The shape of the capture device will not work for me.

Device was hard for me to use with straps and only front half of underwear. It would be more user friendly if the collection cup were sewn into an actual pair of underwear.

The product could possibly work, but in my case I had a Lupron shot in combating my prostrate cancer causing my penis to shrink.This in effect makes it difficult to maintain correct contact with receiver cup.

so far, service has been fine. the product has malfunctioned twice now. It turns on and wont shut off. Needs to be shut off manually by the O/I switch

Can’t say enough how practical and useful this device is for my father with Parkinson’s. Before he was having to stand up, walk to the bathroom 15 feet away, sometimes falling, and then aim, in the dark, to urinate. Between three and nine times per night. This device has kept him from countless hospital visits and I am grateful for the help feom the owner in returning a duplicate device I ordered, with a full refund, no hassles. Buy one today for you or your loved one.

Good communication , good product

Whilst the urination device worked exceptionally well, the after sales & customer service experienced was fantastic. The user of the device was extremely happy. The price of the device was competitive and the delivery waiting period was minimal. Overall a great product and great service.
