DO NOT TRUST!

DO NOT TRUST!! It’s definitely a scam, tried to charge me £150 when I was quoted £49. The email address doesn’t work to make a complaint, I rang the number and made a complaint, just waiting for the manager to call back! Beyond angry!

Absolutely do not use this company!!!! SCAM

Absolutely do not use this company. I told them the issue on the phone and the lady in the office said it would be £49 I said again the issue and she said again £49 for simple issues. Not once did she tell me our issue was not simple, just kept saying £49... When the locksmith arrived he said it would be £195 just to drill the lock then showed us new locks to replace ours that were in the hundreds.... then tried to charge us £50 to leave!
I think this is a scam company, their website should've been a sign but I was in a rush to call someone out, the Trustpilot image on the site is just a picture not even a link to the reviews.
Lady in the office was very rude on the phone when we called to question the pricing shock!

Bit of a scam!

Guy that turned up was very nice and helpful… problem was that they told me they’d need to drill out the lock and it would cost me £195 because it took so long and was difficult (up from the £59) charge! He rocked up, opened the lock in 10 minutes, and then told me to take it to a locksmith for repair! No drilling, no long job, but still charged me £195!

Efficient and helpful

George was really helpful and welcoming. I found this service efficient and he arrived within the hour of me calling. I had got my lock stuck in the door and he dismantled it and replaced it without any damage and cost £90. Would definitely recommend!
