Had the 1000 fitted today

Had the 1000 fitted today, the installers were fantastic, quick, efficient and very polite, they did the installation in record time and without fuss (unlike my previous supplier) and the speed is far better than I've had before.
The cost is great and guaranteed for the next 2 years. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to change.

brilliant service

brilliant service. enquired 1 day and by day 3 i was up and working. 1Gig connection and getting 950 on wifi.

brilliant customer service.

Lets hope it continues.

Always helpful

Always helpful, Natasha is a credit to the company always helpful and always goes out of her way to help with any problem I’ve had,excellent customer service.

Very good service.

I'm pretty impressed with Urfibre. They gave me a great deal, the service seems very impressive and reliable and it's a lot cheaper and faster than Virgin who I used before. Their customer service is second to none - I even got their MD answering a couple of questions I'd had, and Natasha who is my customer support contact is both very helpful and knowledgable.
Installation was quick and easy took just under a couple of hours.

Highly recommended!

So it's been 5 days with fibre…


So it's been 5 days with fibre installed with urfibre it was quick install what i would say make sure you get whole home fibre cause the routers range is not great, make sure you put them in access point mode and change the WiFi on router and disks to the exact same ssid and password. Also make sure you change the dns server to dot one or Google as the isp one is not great, I kept on getting freezes and slow downs as soon as I change the dns it works fine on the whole great service emails anwersed quickly and when I rang tech support them picked up quickly

Great performance & value…

Since switching to UrFibre from Virgin media in June 2024, I have had several teething issues however the team and senior management have worked with me to overcome these over the last few months.

Finally I am now experiencing the great performance and value expected and I couldn’t be happier!

I’ve noticed a considerable difference…

I’ve noticed a considerable difference with my broadband since upgrading to UrFibre. Their reliable internet service allows me to conduct business without interruption. Additionally, their customer support team has been incredibly helpful throughout the signing up process. UrFibre has surpassed my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
