Scam
This company offers jobs that when completed doesn't pay out. The job was for Google review for freelancers. I had to deposit a small amount at first to get the first 'job'. When completed, I got paid and was told to withdraw which I did successfully.
The second job for this, was higher pay. I successfully completed it and when I went to withdraw, I was told I made 3 mistakes and was penalised for it. I paid in after the promise that I could withdraw. After I paid in I had to pay another higher amount because my credit score prevented the withdrawal and had to be at 100 (it was at 95 due to the mistakes made). Again when making withdrawal I could not because now because of the high withdrawal, they want me to pay USD2000 on tax fees because the company is based in Dubai and because it's an online work to avoid the danger of FRAUD the $2000 (refundable) was required. That's when I put a halt in this! I have lost RM10,000 out of all this! Don't trust this people!

I am very upset, I have just been scammed by an invitation for a translation job, I did the translation and told to send my personal information to a payment department to get paid and after sharing my information and photo I have been ghosted, alarm for scammers saying they are working for Versa jobs with these contact numbers +31 6 35259718, +44 7494 423498

Full of scammers, this website is full of scammers, and I had the worst experience with this website and its clients. They never answer the emails sent to the support system, and we should file a suit against them with the Dubai official authorities, since the company headquarters are located in Dubai

Ureed.com, run by Tarjama, is full of scams and exploitation. It pretends to be a great place for freelancers, offering plenty of jobs, but it’s just a trap. At first, the job listings make it seem like you’ve found a goldmine, but if you look closer, it’s all fake. There are shady job posts and unrealistic rates.

I did some projects on 2021 then I didn't get any project after that, so I have 32$ in my wallet there but I should reach 100$ to get my money, all projects turned to look not legal and all projects post ask to contact the client on telegram or email, I worked in alot of freelancing platforms but this one is the worest to allow the contaction with the customer out of the platform, and all projects looks like the same one contact us and when I try to contect them they ask for unlegal tasks and no one from the portal answer any of my messages in all the social media.

Scammy vibes. The website looks normal but once you sign up you realize it's a waste of time and money!

This is the worse marketplace on the planet!!
One of my clients can pay me only on Ureed so I accepted that now despite that their fee is 20% which is super high, their payment system never works on time, they promise to process withdrawal payments to Payoneer each Monday but that never happened, each Monday they have unknown technical problems that prevent payment to be sent and this happens all the time, so instead of getting the payment on Monday, you will have to wait 2-3 weeks!!! The support never answers you have to wait like ages, and then they do all that they say is sorry, we are facing some technical problems.

Here's my honest take on Ureed.

Their customer service is great, i can tell they actually want to help. However, even with the platform issues i raised and the delays they caused me with my project, they offered nothing but $30 which i was about to pay myself anyways.

The platform is a joke. As an employer, i was not able to fund my account, it took over a month of troubleshooting with no solution. Making modifications to contracts is a nightmare. Ending contracts is extremely difficult, both you and the freelancer must raise a dispute even if you both agreed to end the contract.

I also wanted to leave a review for the only freelancer i found and felt bad that i could not help her out cause Ureed does not allow you to do so unless ALL the milestones are complete. You basically can't help out the small freelancers who are trying to make a name for themselves. Tough for them tbh!

Long story short, any action you want to take on the site will take 100 times longer. YOU ARE MUCH BETTER OFF USING UPWORK OR FIVERR. Yes, Ureed does have occasional promo codes, but its 100% not worth all the trouble and time delays for a few dollars.

I am skeptical if freelancers are able to use this website to get freelance work. I think jobs are posted by the clients and then ureed staff give these jobs to specific people they are in contact with.
• Don't take my word for this, just try and register as a freelancer and see how far you can get in the registration process.
• Then ask Ureed support staff for help and see how far you get with that.
