The product sent was completely different from what I ordered. They don't want to return the money, and the product itself, you can only return it at your own expense. The quality of the stuff they show in the pictures is really not good!! Rubbish stuff.

Late and now there is a problem at customs. Im starting to get annoyed, and have asked for a refund.

A Fraud, I checked before ordering on the Return Policy. It said i could return or exchange up to 30 days of receiving items. The day I got it, a coat, I emailed for instructions on how to exchange for a size up. They started giving me the run around. Then they said it cost to much for them to return the item. That I would have to pay out of pocket. It didn't say that in the Return Policy, been going back and forth for a week now, going in circles. Please Also Report to the Better Business Buero.

The only doubt is that, when I was choosing my products the website told me that the send was gonna be free, and they charged me 9 CAD but I suppose that is for the international shipment so it’s okay

This is a scam site they send you what they want to it takes forever to get your order. Looks nice on the site but nothing like it in person the clothes run really small even 2xl fit like a medium and the large is a small don’t waste your time or money

I don’t not like the fact that you can’t call customer service. You have to send emails. So I don’t know if it’s a legit business

The items do not look like real Carhartt items. They appear to be forgeries. I have requested a return label only to receive pushback from the company requesting a photograph of the item because I said it was poor quality. It’s poor quality to me and I don’t need to send you a photograph. All I need is a return label.

I'm satisfied with the delivery time and the product. I can't comment on the quality yet, but it makes a good impression. I can imagine ordering again.
