Good customer support in my experience
Based on the not so informative sizing chart I chose one size, which when arrived proved to be a bit smaller.
They guided me through the whole process of exchanging the item for one a size larger, granted the whole process took a bit of time and many back and forwards via e-mail.
Personally I experienced none of what the other reviewers did, so it would seem to me they managed to fix customer support.
Good experience overall!

Worst company to deal with
Worst company to deal with worst customer service no form of urgency to refund money despite sending me a complete different item than I wanted.
Everything about the company has been atrocious and I will never use or recommend them to anyone

Order a hoodie and was told it is on the way and after several emails they stated they don'y have it. Terrible!

No one ever resolved my exchange needs. I have been ignored
The sizing chart was incorrect.No one ever got back to me about the exchange, and now I am seeing a rate the company email as if the discussion is over. I'm pretty bothered by this. Please someone get back in touch with me or at least refund me the $44 since I basically have a shirt I cannot wear that is too small for me.

Total scam as I received a pair of plasters instead of pair of boots for £40.
I‘ve ordered a pair of boots which took 6 weeks and never received the boots but instead received the plasters from china for the boots. Total scam and I would like the full refund of £40 but there is no way to contact the company or to phone them so I think they just scam people.
