I will never shop at this store again horrible customer service. I requested a return shipping label to send the items back because they didn't fit , didn't receive a response from the company. They say that you can return lie . False return policy

I ordered the sweater and it came fairly fast and wow when I got it!! It exceeded my expectations of how it would look, feel and fit. The material was fantastic and the fit was beautiful.

This is my third purchase and I’ve enjoyed each. The sleeveless denim dress with gold buttons is magnificent. The black, v-neck sweater with same type golden button as the dress—definitely another win. This last purchase included the black leather, knee-high boots and the khaki skirt (thanks Jeneé Naylor!). Another win with the boots which are comfy and super cute. The skirt is the incorrect size and I submitted a return request. That response took some time (almost a week), so a bit different than I am accustomed to with returns. However, the quality of each item has been superb, so I would purchase from them again without hesitation.

I bought 2 Chanel inspired jackets--each beautifully designed and crafted .

I ordered two pieces due to the influencer Jeneenaylor. Both pieces are beautifully made. The shipping took longer than expected but it was worth the wait. I would have ordered some boots but they did not have them in my size 11... Quality of clothing is great.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I ordered a size 9 boot and I received a size 8. I tried to initiate an exchange and I have not received a return label. They make it impossible to return or exchange even when it’s clearly their fault.

Ordered two items and had to return it, it was too big. I paid for return shipping by myself of course. The problem is that it’s been a month and they still didn’t refund my money back.

Good quality , good service

I ordered about a dozen items including clothes, jackets, accessories and a purse. Happy to say they are all exactly as shown / described. The fabric of the clothes is high quality; as for the jewelry - I am even able to sleep in it (earings). The delivery is not the quicklest: most items took about 1 week, one item took 2 weeks, but that is the only drawback.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a pair of boots that were too small and requested an exchange. Website clearly showed that the size was available but I was told by customer service that it was not. In order to get a full refund I would have to pay $30 to send the item back. Would not be purchasing from this website again.

I have ordered twice from your company due to influencer Jeneenaylor and Boss Lady. They have both wore the Faux Leather Knee Boots and the Cut Out Lapel Dress. I am in love with both pieces and look forward to buying more.

I purchased a hat, and it was so tight. The problem is it’s one size fit all our daughters, a black beret tweed hat.

I purchased a skirt worth £80, but I need to return it. They've provided me with the return address, but I have to pay an additional £29 for postage fees because they want a tracking number. This is quite expensive, so please reconsider your purchase, as the return postage cost is substantial

I was a little suspect about ordering from them because of their very reasonable prices, even though I saw some of their merchandise on Hoda & Jenna. But when I received my short white tweed jacket, I was blown away by the quality both on the outside, the inside lining and even the buttons!!!! It’s absolutely beautiful!! I’ve worn it a two times already and a few people asked if it was Chanel!! I’m already looking at other pieces they have that I would love to own. Check them out! You will not be disappointed at all!!

My experience with Urban Revivo is truly fantastic. They are very fast and efficient!!! I discovered them quite by accident, and since I love tweed, I ordered 4 short jackets and tweed shorts. Everything is beautiful, the quality is amazing, I am literally delighted and I am sure that I will wear them for many years. A recommendation for everyone. I will certainly leave my impressions on the site about each item individually. Thank you very much Urban Revivo for everything, you are wonderful.

The thing I like the most about this UR, is the chic design and how well-made their clothing are, they are true to their pictures, and the quality can guarantee a few years of wear. They feel high end expensive but you know you didn’t pay a lot. They arrive around 10 days. And the return process is fairly easy as well. Overall I highly recommend this website is you like high fashion but refuse to pay designer price

Great customer service and great quality clothes. Have ordered twice now and very happy with all my purchases. One of my sizes was too small and when I contacted them they were able to resolve it promptly. Their sizes run small so make sure to order a size or two up. Love their piece and are timeless which is awesome.
