Would highly recommend this company

Would highly recommend this company. Colin and the team have been nothing but outstanding from start to finish. From organising all the machinery needed to dig out the soil, cleaning up as they went along and concreting it to a high standard. We were kept informed throughout every stage. Such lovely friendly and professional people to deal with.

After being flooded

After being flooded, this company did the extensive refurbishment on my house. The job was carried out to a very good standard and the tradesmen were all wonderful , professional and helpful.
Andrew was instrumental in dealing with the insurance company and ensured my property was reinstated to a good standard. A very professional efficient company that provides an excellent service. Would definately recommend and use again.

Urban Review

The team at Urban Property Building Services did substantial works on our beautiful cottage. Our neighbours complimented us on the polite and considerate way their staff carried out their tasks. They were clean and tidy, professional and accurate in all that they did. The finish was to the highest standard and we felt very lucky to have had them carry out our job. Their office team was helpful and courteous, clearly knowing what stage the jobs had reached and their management team kept a careful eye on proceedings. I would recommend them without hesitation - thank you Urban Property Building Services.
