Ordered and delivered very quick ..lovely
2 piece for my holidays

Ordered 2 short sets and they are huge, costing over £10 to return. There’s no returns label and no response from customer service. Will not order again.

I received my order which was of poor quality and faulty with seams poor, loose threads. I returned the item with the assurance of refund over a month ago and I am yet to receive my refund or any response from the company. Will be continuing my dispute.

Returned my items as they did not suit me. I have not received a refund and my email has not been responded to

Ordered 2 dresses on 3rd July. Royal mail haven't received the order. Emailed three times, left a comment on instagram and filled in the form on the website to see if they can let me know roughly when to expect the dresses as i had ordered them for my holiday. No response from anyone and just left in the dark. customer service - rubbish, delivery time - rubbish. Will i get my dresses? who knows. but fter paying nearly £80 for 2 dresses i would have expected better customer service!

I ordered almost 2 weeks ago now ! No communication I was asked to send my postcode that the order was being sent to and they would have a look into it ! Still nothing a few days on I've messaged again and still nothing. I've paid and not received my items not even a message/email explaining why I haven't received it or even when !! I've spent over £100 and nothing I think it's pretty bad customer service and puts me off using them again !!

I have been waiting for my order for weeks .I'm very disappointed. I have contacted urban peaches but keep getting the same reply .which is not helpful. Hopefully I will receive my items soon .I feel like I won't order again

Ordered the "Dhalia" two piece set in blue and green was absolutely stunning the quality of the clothes is so comfortable. Delivery was spot on came when it should. Very happy with products

Nice outfit but more expensive than i have seen on other sites.

Customer service is terrible, chasing everyday for a refund
Ordered 3 sets, button missing off one of the sets, worn one washed it and it’s started fraying already - waiting on the replacement one to come out and waiting for a refund on the one I sent back - to be honest with you would of preferred the refund after wearing the set once.
Wouldn’t waste your money on this company - do not use

Ordered on 23rd June, haven't received my order as at 4th July but have had two emails from them asking me to review my purchase, which they say they dispatched 10 days ago.
So I have no choice but to give 1 star!

Still waiting for dress to arrive and ordered it 3 weeks ago. Sent several messages via Instagram and email and got no response. When I finally got a response they said the dress would be shipped within 2 days and a week later still no dress and no response. Would never order from this company again

Shocking customer service took 4 emails to get a response still waiting for a refund will be contacting paypal regarding this. Wouldn't buy again or recommend.

Still waiting for clothes to arrive, tried chasing up no response, email and email sent never shopping here again

Recently reviewed as a 1 star as I had no response to emails & set took longer than expected.. sets finally arrived just after an updated email explaining that when I had ordered it was out of stock. Customer service/Emails/Stock quantities on webpage could do better, other than that.. Love my set! Worth the wait😍

Item came with a hole in it. Have contacted their email and via instagram. And now raised a dispute as used Clearpay. Awful service and will never use again.

Placed the order in the 8th shipped on the 10th and still not arrived and it’s the 23rd. Royal Mail are still expecting it. Contact the company via email and no reply. Awful customer service,

Wrong pattern sent.

Ordered green pleated zigzag pattern as showed on sight but sent green fine pleated dress & short set. Really wanted the zigzag set.
Have had several items from this business and im really pleased with them.

Really struggling to get a refund sent endless emails. It’s a consumer right to be refunded this company needs to start acting accordingly with other clothes retailers or people won’t buy.
