I was torn between giving 2 or 3 stars, but I decided on 3 because the product quality is excellent; it's the service that has let this company down. I've ordered several items from this company before, and their delivery was always reliable. Unfortunately, my last two orders have been a completely different story. I paid for delivery that promised to take 3-7 days, yet both times I ended up waiting almost 2 weeks for my items to arrive. Each time, I received an email saying my order had shipped, but when I tracked it, Royal Mail just said, "We are expecting your parcel," and it stayed that way for quite a while. It's really disappointing because the products are lovely, but after these last two experiences, I'm hesitant to place another order.

Ordered a product in 2 sizes back in October took the money for both straight away only one ever arrived i emailed to ask them to refund with absolutely no response, email again and the same thing i will now have to take this to my fraud department.

Made an order and they just never sent it! Chased in email 5 times no response!

Still no refund, no answer on social media, no response to my emails. I would advise anyone to buy from these pirates. I purchased a top which was supposed to come in 2 to 5 days I had no confirmation of when it was being sent. Asked the seller what was happend and said if it wasn't sent to refund as it would arrive in time. 2 days after the I had a confirmation they sent it! I then emailed them and said they hadn't sent wen promised and the item wasn't going to arrive it time and asked them to refund they appologiesd said to send it back when I got it and they would cover postage as long as I provided proof. All this was completed they have the item signed for and I have not had a refund and they are ignoring every contact on insta, Facebook and their customer service email.

I bought some items for my partner for Christmas and she was so impressed! The delivery was super speedy as well which was a bonus!

Really liked the section where it suggested items to pair as that helped me out with selecting the items to put together!

I would strongly advise avoiding this company. They took payment immediately for a product they didn’t have in stock, leaving 11 days before attempting to ship, with not one update. Despite numerous emails asking for an update, I received no response whatsoever. Once I emailed a formal complaint, I received a response stating the stock had just arrived & they would post tomorrow, I asked them to not send & issue a refund as the product was no longer needed. Again, ignored & they sent the product the following day, to which it was returned to Urban Peaches on the 2nd December. Still not refund. STILL no response with an update on the refund. The customer service is non-existent (once they have taken payment) and the overall experience has been awful. Save yourself the hassle shop somewhere else.

Absolutely shocking......been over 10 days iv sent over 10 emails and zero response iv emailed Facebook messagedand Absolutely nothing toom money and haven't dispatched items....8v had to contact the fraud department to try recover my money back

Ordered over three weeks ago told me that it was dispatched on the 28th of November still waiting for Royal mail to receive the item. Do not reply to any of the emails sent terrible company to buy from will definitely not be using again.

Placed an order for 3 items but only 2 arrived, after numerous messages in FB and emails eventually was told they would ship me my item but that was almost 3 weeks ago still waited, I messsged again asking for the item it a refund but no answer.
I am disappointed as the items I did receive I love.

Ordered a dress last month still yet to receive the dress awful quickly enough to take your money!

I stupidly gave this company another go as there was something i wanted after a shocking first order. First time my order was ‘sent’ within a few days as received tracking. After trying to contact them i was told it would be out in a few days and with me by the weekend, then told it was a pre-order and shouldnt have been available to purchase. Finally refunded after raising dispute with clearpay. Have ordered something else 6 days ago, not dispatched, again told will be with me by the weekend, here we go again…not holding my breath. Never again :(

Ordered on the 22nd November nothing received as of yet. Sent an email a week ago and received a shipping confirmation the day after. When I try to track it in royal mail all it says is we are waiting to receive your parcel :( such a shame as I wanted to order more from them but after this I definitely won’t be.

Avoid this company at all costs! They take your money but never ship the product. To make matters worse, they use fake tracking numbers to make it seem like your item is on its way. Customer service is non-existent—no one responds to messages or inquiries. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere!

I received my order but it did not fit so I returned to the address as told. I used post office and had tracking number etc at a further cost to me. It was returned weeks ago but they are ignoring all my emails, FB post and direct messages and will not return my money!! I wish I had read the awful reviews before buying ! unacceptable
Now in December and still not had my money returned !!!!!

Ordered and money was taken. Got an email confirming order which said standard shipping 3 to 7 days and I'd be sent an email confirming when it had been shipped. 1 week later still hadn't received an email to confirm it had been shipped so I emailed them, sent another email 2 days later but again no response even though items being advertised on social media! Sent a message through Facebook. The next day I got a response to say items were out of stock when I placed my order but were now back in stock - this is after i asked for a refund and said if no response I'd take it further. My items eventually arrived 12 days after order which isn't too bad compared to others but their customer service is bad - people shouldn't have to chase orders or responses! Don't take people money if items out of stock!

I ordered a dress and blazer. Only the dress arrived. I emailed stating part of my order was missing. I had a response a few days later apologising and that the blazer will be sent immediately. I still haven’t received the blazer this was 3 weeks ago. I also sent the dress back for a refund had no refund or notification it is on its way. I have emailed several times and tried contacting on instagram with no response. I have paid £84 for 2 items and nothing to show for it. Really frustrated and disappointed

Have since read other reviews about the company and appears my experience with urban peaches isn’t uncommon. Really frustrated. Wouldn’t trust or recommend.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - they take you money and don't ship your order and no-one responds to 'help@' emails or 'contact us' page. I am still waiting for a cardigan i ordered 7 weeks ago.

I ordered for an outfit of over £40 and I am yet to get my clothes delivered since October. And I think I have been scammed because I am so worried. Then I get this in my mail

Ordered a jogger set which took 20 days to arrive! Item not true to size or as expected, I have contacted customer services regarding a return, my items were simply placed in a bag no invoice or paperwork. I have also emailed and had no response. I feel concerned about returning now after reading the reviews of others who have not received their refunds so will reluctantly keep and gift to someone. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering and would strongly advise not to use this company, such a long wait and delivery time, poor quality and not true to size, unresponsive and unprofessional and not even a delivery note or invoice with delivery avoid!!!!!!!
