somewhat dodgy

there is certainly something dodgy about this website, when I ordered the clothes, no delivery date/window was provided however the clothes did arrive quickly. however when I tried to return the clothes due various issues, I got no response. I tried emailing the address provided by the website and I also tried sending a msg through the "contact us page" and I got no replies. when I tried ringing the number on the credit card statement (01271 446360) the person answering claimed to work for JD sports and had no idea what urban official was.
the clothes are okay but the shorts I ordered were too small. i also ordered 2 of their 'AB flag Tshirts', now when you look at the pictures on there website the arm cuffs look like elastic material that fits tightly around the arms however in real life the arm cuffs are quite loose and aren't exactly muscle fit.
gave 2 stars because the clothes are ok but I wouldn't call this company trustworthy.
