Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Their customer service is horrible. They sent me a damaged product without any hardware. When I let them know the package arrived without hardware, they told me to go purchase my own if I needed it sooner than 2 weeks. I told them I'd wait since I wanted the hardware that went with the product and had paid for hardware in the package. In 2 weeks when the hardware didn't arrive, they told me they wouldn't be in the office to send the product and to go to the hardware store. I went to the hardware store and spent $45.00 on hardware that should have been part of my purchased package and the product they sold me didn't fit as advertised and as confirmed by them directly prior to the purchase. The response was, Please send us a photo of it. Us and many customers have used the 2 together. "They aren’t a exact fit but it does work with minor adjustment." Well, they sold me an exact fit, not something that would take even more additional hardware, wood, and time. After conducting some deeper-dive research online it's apparent that this company has a long history of this type of behavior.
