I ordered a Drone for ~USD $4000 and it got never delivered and the no answer from support

I ordered a Drone for ~USD $4000 and it got delivered after setting about delivery options with a representative from that shop.
Then I ordered another drone by contacting that representative again as it was a more complicated delivery to a boat in the pacific. He arranged all and sent me the request for payment to a bank account that matched the company name and area and I paid the price. I never got the drone, the representative went silent, the hotline does only referred to the support email and the support email doesn’t answer.

Don’t order at this shop!
