I wrote on the 12th of May 2021 asking for a price on brakes for my electric scooter (E-Way E600) same brakes as on the Ninebot E30 Max.
I get an mail back from them the same day, where they say that they have spareparts for for my electric scooter, but not answering my question.
I write back, and asking them for a price, on the 18th I write again since I have heard nothing, on the 19th they write that they would send my message to the workshop.
I hear nothing back, I write on the 29th of May, again on the 6th and 11th of June and they reply on the 11th of June saying that the brake is a part of the wheel and I therefore must buy the whole wheel for 599 SEK.
For the first they never asked me if they should order it, or informing me about delivery time, I think that is a good way to sell.
For the second, they are totally wrong, the wheel and the brake is not "one" part, and can be bought and installed separately, so I either they don't know anything about the exact scooter or they do and try to sell something that I don't really need, this is unprofessional.
I wrote back asking them why they say that the wheel and brake is "one" part and say that I must buy (both), but guess again they have not replied back.
Since I never heard anything back, I bought 2 brakes (not wheels) for 95 SEK, had I gone for an original I would had payed 200 SEK for one brake, and for them who tried to sell me a wheel as well, I was a bit surprised.
