Easy to order quick delivery easy to return the item . Not so quick to refund and do not reply to your emails ! Very poor service would not recommend them ,I am still waiting .

Like lots of people on here, I can’t get a response, from urban bliss about my return. I have emailed then Royal Mail tracking ID and proof the parcel has been returned to them. But after numerous emails I have no response about my email. I brought the dress through Debenhams and they aren’t responding . Honestly it’s awful customer service!! I will never this company or Debenhams again

Boohoo should not facilitate this company selling their clothing. Been trying to get a return sorted since 31st March due to their website glitch ing and not producing a barcode. All my emails and online form inquiries have just been ignored. Avoid!!!

Placed my order on 26th March which was dispatched 27th March, Royal Mail have not performed their first scan, parcel is effectively lost, which I appreciate it not Urban Bliss’s fault. I work in customer service and deal with these issues day in day out. However this is where my issue lies I raised a ticket and had an automated response asking me to log into freshdesk to access, despite numerous attempts unable to do so, so I raised another ticket explaining the situation and asking for a reply directly to my email, which they did do, the first response was we’ll look into this, second response was what I already knew, that the order was dispatched but lost by Royal Mail and will advise on next steps soon…… still waiting for a reply. It’s awful customer service, this is something that should have been resolved in the first instance. Now it’s bank holiday, they probably don’t work weekends so I’ll be waiting until Tuesday for a response! Really need to work on their customer service, as I’m £30 down and without an item I ordered a week ago. I have asked for a replacement but if not a refund would be okay. No customer service telephone number no social media to contact!! We will wait and see and I’ll update when I receive a response!
Update - received an e-Mail replacement has been dispatched! Happy with resolution so upped stars however customer service needs some work! The ticket system didn’t work for me which is frustrating and the waiting for a resolution which could have been resolved almost immediately has put me off. I wouldn’t order again directly because of this

Found urban outfitter sell on boohoo so was actually an order made. However, ordered denim blue shorts, invoice states black shorts and parcel contained a cardigan. Requested a return and it states it will be reviewed in 2 days. Stars will not change as still an awful experience

Shocking I fell for the same false advertising as well bought 2 Suede coats @£80 each and when arrived they were 100% polyester disgusting 🤢 I contacted company as not happy with quality I got absolutely ripped off payed £160 on coats not even fit to be sold on SHEIN stay away from this company I ordered from Goddiva which I trusted but if I knew it wasn’t Goddiva I was buying from I would of never of bought them I want to return but based on these reviews nobody receives their refund people still waiting from November

6 weeks for a refund to be made and no communication about any delay. Shockingly poor and I will spread the word not to purchase from this company. It's horrible not knowing if your money is coming back.
Update - I have received a reply from the company about a delay. But nothing was communicated about any delay during my long wait for the refund. In that time, it feels like you’re going to need to start a complaints process to get your money back. Rather than excuse why it happened after the event, how about investigating why delays are happening and what can be done about it? And improve communication with some automated emails that update the customer that refund is on its way.

I hate complaining but i feel i need to after reading the reviews for urban bliss. Everyone is experiencing the same problem but urban bliss is not learning from this and rectifying the problem.
I ordered a pair of shorts but was sent trousers which i need to return. Scanned the qr code to start the returns procedure to no avail, sent numerous e mails to no avail.
I then ordered the shorts again which arrived and are lovely but i still have the trousers which i did not order.
We’re all on a budget and cant afford to throw money down the drain.
Please, urban bliss contact me and rectify this problem.

Ordered off Debenhams website not realising I was actually buying directly off this company as it’s apparently a market place! Had to go via Debenhams to get any response and am still awaiting a refund after returning nearly a month ago! Avoid this company!

Bought a coat in a size 8 and sized down because of reviews. It drowned me and I’m a 10. I’m 5’5 and it almost touched the floor. Sent it back 2 days later. It arrived with them and a week later I emailed to chase my refund. They acknowledged it was received and responded please contact us after 14 days . After 14 days still no refund so I emailed again and they said has it been 14 days? Anyway a week later after emails back and forth they refunded me 3 weeks after receiving the return .
Not sure why they take so long! It definitely puts me off buying from them again- I really loved the coat too- wish it was shorter!

If I could give no stars I would ! Terrible customer service ! Took nearly a month to get my money back ! I ended up having to get PayPal involved to help me get my refund . They ignored all communication emails and messages! I’m surprised people still buy from them . The worst experience and I’d never shop with this company again.

Like others have said, extremely poor refund service. Item returned 22nd December but no acknowledgement of receipt , no refund and no response to correspondence. Unable to locate a telephone number for the company. Very poor customer experience so would not purchase from this company again.

I returned a order in November debenhams have declined my refund told me to get intouch with urban bliss so I did had no feedback back from them don't buy from them you don't get refunds that make making a fortune of us

As other people have reported, I too returned an item as the quality was very poor (it was a jumper). Returned it mid December 2025, I have emailed them to which I got reply of them having a backlog. Since this reply I have emailed them again and they are now ignoring me too. They must be making a fortune out of these returned items. Avoid! Extremely poor quality clothing and returns service.

I returned two coates from this companies website , they were delivered to them on 22nd December .I have e mailed them and had an e mail back saying they are ploughing through returns but still no refund it’s now 15 th Jan and still no refund and the are not responding now either . I would not purchase from this company again . I am not giving up on my refund !
