Fast service

I absolutely love my new sunglasses. I am a large man and find most sunglasses do not fit me. These fit well and have superb polarization lenses even in glaring Florida sunshine. Well done Urban Beck!

I needed to return an item. I got a response in answer to my request the same day. Amazing.

I have emailed support @urbanbeck 3 times about an order. Hey new owner, don’t talk about improvement unless it’s real. My company is in the C/S business. You need to hire us to Di it right.

Do not buys from this company. Chinese cheap product. No customer service applying for refund through PayPal.
Sunglasses on the site must have used AI as they look nothing like the sunglasses I received.!!

Just discovered Urbanbeck and I’m seriously impressed. Their vibe is clean, elevated, and effortlessly cool. I picked up the Monk T-shirt and it’s easily one of my new favorites — great fit, soft fabric, and you can tell the quality is top-tier. The whole collection has that quiet luxury feel without the insane price tag. If you’re into minimal, well-crafted pieces that still stand out, definitely check them out. Will be back for more.

DO NOT BUY from this company. They are based in China. They take your money in moments, but nearly 3 weeks later I am struggling to get an answer as to why no good yet received, I'm struggling to get a response.
Please avoid this company at all costs.

Update: Since writing my review. They still haven't responded. I've now contacted my bank with a view to getting my money back. This company are scam artists. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

American Express gave me my
Money back because this company sucks. Their customer service says we will respond in 24 hours and they don’t. They don’t answer the phone so I just went thru AMEX and issued a charge back and donated the poorly fitting and cheaply made merchandise never to shop there again and suggest you don’t either.

I placed an order for a jacket on 1/19/25 and as of 1/31 have not received it and Company refuses to give me accurate delivery information or a refund.

Trying to return an item as you only have 30 days to return however despite 4 email & 2 messages via Facebook still no answer and time will soon be running out!
Luckily I paid via PayPal!

I just got the shoes that I ordered today and I love them!

I bought a few of their monk t shirts for myself and for my colleagues at work and they loved the t shirt too.

Awful. They sent the wrong size shoes (by 3 sizes). I gave them to my sister, only for her to discover there were 2 left shoes. Company refused a refund as the 30 day return period had passed.

Scam. Avoid. No order number provided. No hours for customer service. Phone number does not work. Just don’t even bother.

In my error I didn't check with this site before making a purchase. The item took a long time to arrive and when it did, it was about 3 sizes too small. In addition it was not possible to check the size sent as the label had been cut out. I contacted customer services (not expecting much) and they were in fact, really helpful. I had a choice of returning to them for a full refund, or, keep the item and recieve a 40% refund. After confirming that this would be a cash refund to the payment method used for purchase, I opted to keep the item. My Daughter is now a happy owner of my t-shirt

I order a T-shirt that looked so cool that I was willing to pay $37 for it. But the order number they gave me does not match up with anything.

Scam website.

Poor clothing. Awful customer service. Was sent the wrong colour jack in the wrong size. The size was more like a men’s small than a men’s large, I sent them photos to shows how short the sleeves were and how tight the jacket was and they said they would send me a free replacement to correct this. After 4 months of chasing them for the replacement they now tell me I have to send the product back to Canada and pay for this myself and then they will issue me a credit note to buy something else from them.

Thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a jacket which was described as cotton on the website. It arrived a more than a month later, the zip was faulty, and most importantly, it was 100% polyester. I had to use google translate on the chinese label! They refuse to offer refund. Never buy from them, it's a scam.
