I recently visited Urban Ase's website and appreciated the smoothness of the functionality of the user experience. The site has a clean layout which made it very easy to navigate, as everything seemed well organized, so searching for and locating products, as well as browsing through the different sections, felt quick and straightforward. I personally browsed through the men's shirts and polos and liked how the pages loaded quickly and the product pages were laid out clearly with helpful descriptions and photographs. I'm thinking of adding to my polo collection with the "Men's Waffle Knit Short Sleeve Polo Shirt" as it seems like a good value.
As a whole, I feel as though the designers of Urban Ase created a very user-friendly website that is comparable to other major clothing brands such as Hurley, Dillard's, Buckle, etc.

I got a couple shirts from this site for a good deal, and they fit well. The sizing chart was helpful and gave an accurate expectation of how they would fit. I also appreciated the clearly outlined delivery policy that helped time out when I should expect them to arrive.

Navigating through the Website is easy, intuitive and fast in terms of loading time, I saw women's clothing that I liked a lot. I added to the cart a dress and blouse to buy, and the process was fast. However, I see some categories that exist on the page, but when entering there are no products yet. I would like to see more women's products since I like the quality and the design of the clothing

I came across this brand and I really like the relaxed and chic styles they offer for men. I had quite a few items selected in my shopping cart to surprise my husband, but I haven't pulled the trigger yet because I am not sure how the sizing would actually fit without a size guide. His figure is also quite different from the models in the photos.
I wish they had a few close-up shots of the fabric and material because that would really help me decide if it would make the perfect gift!
Overall, I love the styles so much and I can't wait to see more ladies' items for myself.

This brand is so comfortable and I still feel dressed up. Great customer service, my order was processed and delivered within a week despite me choosing standard delivery. I’m slender and tall which is usually a problem when shopping online, Urbanase did not disappoint my clothes fit perfectly!!! Will definitely be returning and shopping when new pieces are available.

I have been looking for urban-style clothes that I can't find just anywhere (I have a unique style!), and I love the items I found on Urbanase. The Claire platform sneakers are the exact style of casual sneakers I have been looking for. I did message customer service to ask about purchasing and their return policy before ordering since I hadn't ordered from them before, and they responded quickly with helpful insights. I was a little disappointed that there are a few sections in the women's pages (sunglasses, sandals for example) that do not have any products listed at this point, but other than that, I had a positive experience!

I purchased a pants but after receiving its size wasn't fair for me therefore I contacted with customer support team and wanted to return, their behave with me was very professional and kind also they helped me to change it and receive a fit pants for me.

I recently ordered from Urbanase and overall had a pretty good experience. The clothes are really cute in person and looked like the pictures online which I was happy about. The website still has a few bugs. I noticed some text in another language and a couple links that didn't fully work yet. Nothing major, just seems like they're still updating things. Customer service was honestly 10/10 tho. Super friendly and quick when I had a question about my order. I'd definitely shop here again. :)

The website was really easy to use and I had no issues to placing my orders. Every thing looked organized and simple to browse through. The checkout process was quick and I also got a nice discount which made the purchases even better.

I like how Urbanase has clothing that are casual and minimalist. Their website is easy to navigate and I could easily find what I was looking for. Had no problem contacting customer service for shipping inquiries and they were prompt and helpful. I wish they had more items for women though.

Urbanase appears to have good fashion for men and women. Their website and branding is clean and simple.

I would only note about accessibility issues with the carousel on the homepage with the new arrivals, at least on desktop. The arrow to navigate in left and right are hard to notice. Also, as a woman, I would like to see more women's clothing on the homepage as well, it seems to focus more on men's clothing. The prices seem fair.

The clothes are adorable! The website is easy to use, and it is easy to contact customer service. I just wish there were a size guide included when picking my size. I do like to know whether the clothes are true to size.
