The products are actually ok

The products are actually ok. But do not order them from the uag website, instead find a local dealer. I have ordered several in the past and it went fine, but now they charge the VAT (which stands for value added tax) on the website depending on the coutry in advance, thats ok IF they would provide an IOSS number but they wont, and now you have to pay the same VAT for the customs in your country. Now that is BS in its purest form.

Poor quality and overpriced

The case I've had less than a week is falling apart and doesn't properly fit my phone. I dropped it less than a foot onto a table and the case slipped off; the height rating means nothing when the case won't even stay on. They also won't allow bad reviews to go through on their website, so the visible ones are 100% biased. I've purchased more durable cases for half the price.

Quality could be better

My rubber iPad Pro case is breaking into pieces after a few years of use. Can't really be bothered to fuss around with a warranty claim (it'll be hard to track down proof of purchase) but it is what it is and it's not great.

Given how close each phone is in size…

Given how close each phone is in size and name one can make a small mistake in ordering. The customer is blamed.. this company requires you to pay shipping back whether refund or exchange. Kind of like the anti on-line company.

Shipped By Hong Kong Post

As stated in Shipping Information, it is shipped from Hong Kong warehouse via Hong Kong Post.

You should be aware of the VAT / custom fees by your own country.

Find someone in HK to receive it, and mail it to you as an used item.

I am shipping to HK, so I am satisfied. It came with a tracking number by Hong Kong Post. It is 35% cheaper than local retail shops.

AirPod Pro Case

I purchased and Airpod Pro Case in April 2020, the clasp sadly broke 14 months later but after contacting UAG they replaced it for free despite being out of warrenty.

Also their phone cases are very good, I've had one for my last three iPhones now and they work a treat.

I don't understand why where are so many negative reviews?

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Monarch Case

At the moment, I can only express my delight at how quickly I received a case from UAG for the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and did not have to pay any customs fees back in January.
I cannot comment yet on the case as I have had a problem with my Network/Contract but due to receive Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra this coming Saturday so will update my experience with UAG.
I think the colour of the case is brilliant :).

Having used my UAG Monarch case with my S21 Ultra for a few weeks, I am very happy with it:). I would still give UAG 5 stars and will buy my next case for my next mobile phone from them :).

Would totally recommend UAG.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. After a year of zero issues the pad started to frill inside black pieces just starting to fall on everything. Car clothes everywhere. Keep in mind I keep this in the house next to my bed and we have the house at 69 degrees. I sent 5 pics of back and front of pad and asked what can be done. After a week I reached out again and two days later I receive an email requesting 4 pics back and front. And they do not cover most likely this kind of issues. I said back you clearly have 5 pics attached to their email . This continued . Customer service -Zero- gave me the run around. Disgusting customer service . This is one of the most expensive products for covers and it’s a piece of crap after a year. The customer service is worse. A bad joke.
Save your money they is nothing of value hear besides a lesson learned Buyer beware

THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!

AWFUL SERVICES. UAG website doesn’t have order tracking feature. You have to send an mail to support team separately. It takes almost 1 month to deliver my package. The customer support team doesn’t help anything.

For me the same story as what Alex tells below. I ordered an expensive laptop bag. You assume that all costs are mentioned. When I picked it up at the post office, I was allowed to pay 27 euros extra in customs. In addition, it just comes from China and not from America as they believe everywhere.

Serious Issue with Delivery Cost and Timescale

I ordered a case for a MacBook Pro which included shipping costs. It turns out the item is shipped from Hong Kong to the UK. It’s now 3 weeks since the order and it’s not yet been delivered. I have just found out that I have to pay a customs and admin charge which is about 35% of the product cost before I can receive it. UAG say I can reject the product and get a refund. But have to have the product delivered before I can reject it so would be out of pocket and not even have the product! I can’t recommend this company.

Bad information when you’re ordering from Europe

When you place an order on the site and you’re are finishing you don’t see anything about customs fees €20,18 that you have to pay at the postal office when you are going to pick up the package. And yes I order from a site from the USA but you should mention the extra costs this when you order.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Ordered a phone case which was expensive but bosted fantastic features, I then waited several weeks before contacting them only to find out it had been stopped at customs.
I have had no contact from customs to request payment and contacing urban armor is a waste of time. Currently battling to get a refund via paypal.

Customs fee almost doubled the cost

Bought a case for €39,92. (which is already way overpriced for a piece of plastic). They send it from Hongkong, I had to pay an additional €29,68 for customs fee. This is ridiculous. I order from a USA website. You should send it from USA. And inform buyers about the pssibility of paying a fee.

This is my 5th Urban Armor Gear case. Never gain. Awfull company.

Premiun Ipad case has failed just outside 12 month warranty period
Response from UAG was a 15% voucher for next purchase of overpriced and shoddy products.

Avoid with barging pole liars and cons BEWARE.

I bought loads of covers over the years and acquired around 6-7unused cases so I decided to sell them on eBay all of a sudden you dishonest bunch have started to complain and make things up that items I am selling are counterfeit or copies! Which is not true at all. (Have proof) and now you don’t even answer to emails as you know you are cowards and spineless company that falsely accuse people!

Have used UAG cases for years

Have used UAG cases for years. Always delivered with no issues. That is until now. As others are stating, UAG have changed something as their free world wide shipping is no longer free. Incurring charges for delivery and import tax. Very underhand in my opinion.
