Over priced rubbish with absolutely no scent from the candle. Even worse customer service - as other reviews say they don’t want to know!

We bought 3 candles at great expense and all 3 struggled to stay alight. This caused a tunnelling effect and eventually the candles went out and would not stay alight. We emailed the company who advised us we had not had them on long enough (they were on 8 hours) and that caused the tunnelling. I emailed the company again with photos and they reluctantly advised me they would refill the candle if I returned it at my own expense. Surely a large company like this can afford to send me another one - the glass container with stick on label must cost them peanuts. Dont buy anything from them - complete waste of money.

Don't bother buying. Unless you want to pay for the aesthetics, which isn't that great or original either. No sent coming from the candle at all once lit. Much cheaper products do a better job. A complete rip off! I'm the fool for buying 3 of these in different scents.

Lovely fragrances that last for ages, highly recommend

I ordered after seeing an offer for a free soap. I bought £90 of goods (which are lovely) but the free soap didn’t arrive. I queried this and there was a shrug response saying that it was only while stocks lasted. Then I had an email from them asking me to order for a free soap again! Pulling people in with free offers then not delivering is appalling.

I've been a customer for some time but had a problem with one candle where the wick failed and snapped rendering the candle unusable. I emailed the company regarding the issue but they expected me to send them the defective candle at my own cost - with no guarantee the problem would be addressed satisfactorily meaning I could be over £30 down with absolutely nothing to show for it - so they could check the problem despite me sending them numerous photos of the defective item. Not how I expect customer service to be carried out in this day and age. The candles are not cheap either, so for one to fail with more than half the wax remaining in the tin is pretty shoddy. I no longer have trust in the company and will not purchase from them out of principle which is a real shame as I did enjoy using their stuff.

Awful product and awful customer service.
Gifted a scented candle for Christmas which cost around £35.
The product has no scent whatsoever.
Called the head office who refused to do anything at all to remedy the below standard and expensive product.
