Disappointed - After paying for 10 children to come…
After paying for 10 children to come into Urban Air and purchasing food for over 18 customers. Couldn't believe we were not allowed to bring in cupcakes.

No rate. I went with my family around six moths ago. Today, we tried to return but that was the worst experience we've ever had. Terrible staff service. I definitely don't recommend it, unless you want to go waste your time.
Horrible. They allow zero flips! That defeats the purpose! Play at your own risk? But there is no risk with all those rules. Like I didnt know we lived in a world of fear where kids cant go have fun. This is a horrible place. Food is overpriced and took 45 minutes to get for 3 people.
There is a 1 limit ride on the go carts. It is not posted anywhere in the facility that this is a rule. Height restrictions are posted along with having to purchase special socks for the trampoline, but nothing about a 1 time ride on the go carts. I was told it might be because of a wait line, which I can understand, however, when we were there, it was practically empty and there was no line. Everything else is unlimited. This is misleading to your customers and it needs to be addressed. Not happy at all as this place is not cheap and all rides should be unlimited or at the very least, all rules should be in plain sight.
We had a birthday party today and we had Tyler and Asher for helping us with the birthday party they rocked they helped us so much refilling the drink pitcher and serving the pizza out to everyone asking us if we needed anything else and then getting us cold water bottles my son had a great time he had fun I give those two men a 5 stars and 5 stars for the place those men rocked helped every time and everything else they kept coming and asking me if I needed anything
First I paid additional for my 8 year old daughter to be able to use all the attractions. They told her she was too small to do so. I put her against the measurement wall and her head was less that 1/2 inch under the line??? Then my 5 year old daughter injuries her leg because they allowed a 6'2" 190 pound adult male bounce all over the place and run at full speed in the kids bouncing area. I should have left at this point. Next I go to the bathroom for 3 minutes and my 8 year old is crying and dragging herself off the trampoline. I had to carry her out of the building to the car. As of today she still cant walk properly. I was told they would call to check on her later that day.... never happened.
I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. I WAS THERE ON A WEEK NIGHT. THERE IS A WORKER THERE HER NAME IS IVY. I WATCHED HER ALLOW THIS WHITE BOY (A BULLY) TO BULLY A LITTLE AFRICAN AMERICAN BOY PLAYING BASKETBALL HE WAS EVEN CALLING A LARGER AFRICAN AMERICAN BOY THERE A FAT a$$ AND TELLIMG HIM HE WAS FAT. I WENT TO FIND ANOTHER MANGER AND A GUY NAMED JOSEPH TOLD ME IVY WAS THE MANAGER, SO I JUST WALKED AWAY. THE ENTIRE TIME SHE ALLOWED THIS WHITE BOY TO BULLY EVERYONE. WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS. I WAS WATCHIG MY LITTLE GRANDAUGHTER VERY CLOSELY. i AM NOT SURE OF DATE BUT IT WAS DURING A WEEK DAY,
This is a horrible place. It is totally run by kids. They are lazy and do not watch the children on the attractions. They fool around with their own friends and do not care if kids get hurt, or refuse to follow the rules. The wait times for most of the attractions are really long. They people who work there are rude and do not want to do their job. I would never recommend this place.
I purchased 2 six month premium memberships for my 2 and 3 year old grandkids. Before I bought them, I was told that their parents would only have to pay half price to come in and watch them. When they went to use their memberships, they were told that the parents would have to pay full price ($16 each, $32 for both parents). I tried to contact them directly but I got no reply. I paid over $200 and bought them as Christmas presents. The kids are too little to be there by themselves and also too little to use all the activities included in the membership. The staff are kids themselves and very rude. The manager at the business said they have to pay full price because their kids had memberships that included snacks and pizza. This is not a family oriented business and don't care about customer service or satisfaction. They are just poorly run and greedy. I am sick of doing business with this type business. What a ripoff. Do something else.
My sister and I had previously taken the kids to this location twice, and they had a blast each time. We returned to this venue for my son's 15th birthday celebration yesterday. The thorough research I conducted in advance was worthwhile. Andrea played a key role in making my son's day memorable, quickly resolving a small issue that came up and needed managerial attention. Her smile was not just bright but also welcoming. The children enjoyed the birthday visit at Urban Air Park even more than before. Additionally, the upgraded Go Karts increased the fun for both my sister and myself. If you're looking for a friendly greeting with a smile, I suggest asking for Andrea at the front desk.
Truly sad I have visited maybe 5 times since I've had the membership. Live 30 miles away and under circumstances I can't control can't keep affording to foot a bill that I rarely use. Yet they said no I still have 8 more months to pay until I can cancel. Yes, I understood the membership, but I also can't foresee what will happen in the future and did not expect for my financial situation.
For my twin granddaughters 8th birthday my son and daughter-in-law booked a party at Urban Air in Manchester Connecticut. Some of the kids didn't show up for one reason or another it happens but the part that impressed me was the management upgraded the girls membership and gave them two free passes to come in any other day to enjoy the facility, I thought that was very professional and good public relations. I would highly recommend this indoor exercise Palace for your children, it will definitely be a place that your kids would want to go more often. Definitely a high five, five stars *****
My daughter and her friends absolutely love it here. It has trampolines, obstacle courses, ball pits, rock walls, zip lines, and more. It's a great place to have a birthday party. And they offer monthly membership packages to take your kids whenever you want with no block out dates. I highly recommended for hours of fun!
