edit: since writing the review Urban Farm-It jumped straight on the case to help me with my lack of mushrooms c:

i've left my box for two weeks to develop mycelium and nothing has developed sadly despite my best efforts in following the instructions

the three stars is mainly because i've been trying to make an account or recover a potentially old account on the website and just keep seeing "error occured" with no explanation to what the error was, i'm trying to access the extra support 🥲

Liked the service I received in choosing the right mushrooms for my wife. The instructions seemed easy but unfortunately we have not been able to grow any mushrooms.
To be fair to the company we thought we would give it some time to see if mushrooms would appear. I have not asked what we are doing wrong, that is our fault not theirs.

Great service. The first batch of spawn I had didn't work and Alice in customer service gave some great tips to try and resolve that and when it failed was very helpful in getting a second kit sent out. Looking forward to the first crop!!

Excellent after sales service, I managed to lose my spawn voucher and as the kit was a present did not have the order/shipment confirmation details, but Alice at Urban Farm it has kindly arranged a spawn delivery FOC and also forwarded their latest use details. looking forward to the first crop !

I was given a box at Christmas, but couldn't find the voucher to claim the mycelium. I contacted the customer service and had an instant resolution. Very nice person at the other end, she got the package in the post and was delivered the next day.

Given as a gift and spawn arrived very quickly. Incubating at the moment but very excited to be growing my own Pink Oysters!

Fantastic service, experienced an issue (of my making) and urban farm helped me. Found them to be responsive, helpful and friendly.

Amazing response when I asked about my mushroom kit as it wasn't doing what it should be. It may have been user error but they sent me a new kit to try again. Amazing customer service and speedy response will definitely buy from them again I can highly recommend 👍

Quick delivery, I wasn’t in and the spawn became active before it could be redelivered. Urban Farm-it very graciously replaced it even though it wasn’t their fault. Very grateful as we have an order coming up soon. Excellent quality as well, very vigorous spawn - 5 stars well deserved! 👍

Mycelium arrived as expected and all is up and running, with excellent bit of YouTubing to explain and educate.

These guys are fantastic. One phone call to them and they solved my (self-inflicted) problem. So helpful and supportive.

Well! What an unusual and interesting present - grow your own oyster mushrooms. I’m a keen vegetable gardener but have never considered this before. I am setting up the kit now, and hope for a delicious harvest.

Fantastic customer service and support. The spawn arrived very quickly once I sent my voucher code. I’m really looking forward to harvesting my crops. My king oyster and wine cap grain spawn arrived very quickly and in brilliant condition. I made up a couple of beds and have had the most wonderful success. The king oysters have been fruiting and fruiting. The wine caps are showing very heathy mycelium so looking forward to them soon. Such an exciting success. Highly recommended and will definitely purchase from them again. I bought the grain spawn in April.
