Tasty mushrooms
I tried multiple kits over the years and they were great. Clear instructions and tasty mushrooms at the end ☺️ I wouldn't recommend growing mushrooms during winter as it's difficult to keep temperature up, but I was always successful rest of the year. Customer services were great.

I bought two kits one for me and one as a birthday gift for my friend, but when we tried to place the order for one of them, the code was missing — I got in touch with the company and they resolved the issue quickly and with great customer service.
As for the mushrooms, I’m excited to get started once the spores arrive.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. The courier tracking shows delivery was attempted twice and held at your local depot for collection before the parcel was returned to sender. Delivery notifications and tracking updates are automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout by the courier.
We contacted APC to investigate further and requested additional information from you to continue resolving this, however we did not receive a response so the matter remains unresolved.
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, we are not liable for missed deliveries where delivery attempts have been made by the courier. We therefore offered to resend the parcel for the additional shipping cost only.
Our apologies you feel disappointed, and if you wish to send us over the required further information to continue our investigation, we would be more than happy to try and get this resolved for you.

Bought 2 of their log kits but have stupidly lost the codes for the mushroom spore. Contacted them and they were willing to assist in replacing the lost codes. Helpful through the whole process. Awaiting for the items to arrive to begin farming shrooms.

Great service
I got two kits for my wife as a Christmas present and when we went to order the code for one of them the code was missing - probably due to my inability to keep pieces of paper that are important! I contacted them and they sorted the problem very quickly and cheerfully.
As for the mushrooms, one set are starting to grow, the others will be when I have drilled a log with the supplied drill bit. I'm sure they will be very tasty.

A disappointing review I’m sorry to say
I was very excited to start growing my lionsmane mushrooms and everything went well. But my harvest looked more like cauliflowers when it grew so I left it longer to see if it changed to what it looked like in the pictures. It didn’t and then it turned yellow so could eat it.
Was disappointed.

I was given a Golden Oyster kit for Christmas. I followed instructions carefully but have had no sign of growth. I contacted customer service and have had fantastic support in resolving why the kit has failed and I've been offered a replacement kit. Thank you to Haidee for your help in resolving this matter. Followed instructions verbatim. Watched elliot on youtbe, copied his instructions exactly, wnt on website looking for answers and no matter what, the cusrtomer is always at fault. How can this be.?? We follow everything as instructed then get fobbed off with an error on our side.

Lion’s Mane can sometimes develop a more coral-like appearance depending on airflow and growing conditions, which could be confused for coral fungus, however we want to clarify that we do not sell coral fungus — our Lion’s Mane kits contain Hericium erinaceus.
