Ordered 5 days ago. Still nothing of a communication from their site. Im starting to think it's a scam

To be honest with you guys ii can say your store is doing well as i follow all the comment on comment section i will give you 10/10 as soon i receive my order , its when i can gives or spread the word but for now is 5 stars

My bud tender Daries was superb! He knew what the pricing was, I told him my dislikes and he got me some new stuff to try. Super friendly.

There rewards system is shit and so is their customer service. They lost a customer!! Nick you’re a fraud!!

first time i went i should of check the bag before i left i get home am 2 ounces short then my wife was up there and she went and got me some carts and prerools they gave her the free bag for 1 time costumer but then charge her for the shaake ounce and the free preroll tube was epmty f this place

this company and all of its products are a total rip off. Thei THCa Products are not pure and are mislabeled. I have purchased two different products from them only to read the fine print to discover that they were in fact CBD flower sprayed with THCA Distillate. I just spent $27 on another worthless product. Stay away from this company. Unless you just like to spend your money to get no high. It's a shame some shops still carry this trash. But of course they don't stand behind them. You can't return it.

Ordered six days ago, reached out for the third time today. No communication of a delay, no delivery of the product (I ordered and paid for expedited delivery), and no word on when the product might ship, let alone actually deliver. Order from a reputable source, this is not the one.

Ordered over a week ago, with priority mail. Has yet to be shipped still sitting in WI!!! PATHETIC CUSTOMER! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

I haven't ordered from urb since it was called urb by simply made. i don't use alt noids anymore since access to the real stuff is much better. all that being said urb was pretty good when i got it. showed clean test results (hopefully they were real) with good terps. i got a bunch of the live extracted terp ones and they tasted good and were all i used other than real flower for awhile. i remember there was a mango one which was a really good terp profile flavor and effects wise. the hardware would occasionally clog but overall everything was pretty good. however the old carts didn't fit my 510 battery because the tank was too wide. had to buy a stick battery just to use it. and ofc those break super easy so it did so it was overall a waste of money. but assuming the test results were authentic, the product arrived in good condition with good flavor and effects.

Placed an order over a week ago and still showing as unfulfilled on their website. Have sent a couple of requests for an update and have had no response. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never order from them again.
