The phone was in excellent condition (refurbished, like new) , very quick delivery and great price 👍

Very awkward company to deal with from start to finish. Sent phone in as 'good' which on their website was identical to 'new'. Tried to take half the value of the phone off for minor signs of use. Rejected offer twice and they put it up to 70 off the original offer. Couldn't be bothered arguing so just accepted it. Said payment would be received within 7 working days and it's been 10 (still not received). Would avoid at all costs to be honest. 2 stars is being generous.

Fast shipping, packaging was good and the products were cheap

AVOID AT ALL COSTS,customer service shocking ,mint phone said there were marks on and offered different to what originally quote was , tried to say they had a backlog on processing payments ,2026 bank transfer is pretty much instant in most cases not 17days .

Terrible place to sell your tech I sent in my phone to sell 2 weeks ago and still haven't received payment apparently they are having payment problems I understand that can happen but 2 weeks is stupid and they have given me any deadline for when I will receive my money and I tried to phone them and it says there number is invalid GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SELL YOUR TECH

Company gave a good price for my Samsung S24 Ultra so I thought, less hassle than e-bay and I accepted their offer. Should have checked the reviews first. The agreement was pay direct to bank account after 7 working days. Nope, another e-mail after the 7 days informing me would be another 7 working days. That coupled with the negative reviews on here made me think it was a scam. Paid me today - Total of 12 working days. It might even have been longer but for the fact I sent them notice I was going to take Legal Action for breach of contract. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be completed within the agreed time.

Just been on to them again after 4 weeks of no payment told them today that if don't receive payment by Wednesday .we'll after my review on Friday on trustpiolt they rang me today 27/4/2026 telling me they will pay me and 2 hours later they did ty so this works

If you are after a quick transaction when selling your device, UR are not the company to use. After multiple emails I finally got my money a month after accepting their barely acceptable revised offer. Expect generic excuses when questioning why it takes so long to pay you. Would not recommend using this company at all.
