I had an excellent experience working with Micah Curtis. From the moment we connected, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me understand my loan readiness journey. It is super expensive and when you try…

It is super expensive and when you try to cancel they harass you. They also wanted me to pay an extra month. They never do any “consulting”. If you want any progress reports you have to call and
Ask them. They never follow up.

I have had a great experience with the team at UQUAL, specifically when working with their staff to improve my credit profile for a mortgage. The level of professionalism is top-tier. Credit Repair

When my husband and I were at our lowest credit- we searched and searched around for the best credit fix,- it would be UQUAL.

Our credit repair specialist was Vincent Baccarella.

Well spoken and patient person!!!

Because of Vincent… he completely understood our situation and guided us on what we needed to do to help fix our credit!

We purchased our first home, with the help of our credit increase, and a huge thanks to Vincent.. we are both stress free.

Loan readiness program that works!!

The credit coaches who actually get you in the game! I needed to prepare to purchase a home and had very little credit to work with and a score you would NOT be proud of. 10mos later my report is cleaned up and I went from being denied to being pre-approved for USDA, FHA AND a conventional loan. JASON is my absolute favorite coach. He is down to earth, honest and has taught me a lot. And the app makes everything transparent, no guessing what your money is going towards because you can literally SEE the progress. And finally, ASK questions, they are there to help!

Be warned

Be warned: This company claims to bill in "arrears," but my bank records and their own signed contract prove they are engaging in predatory practices. UQUAL took an upfront fee from me within 24 hours of signing on August 29, 2024, which is a direct violation of Nevada law (NRS 598.746) and their own agreement (Sections 1a and 3a), which states fees are only due once services are "fully rendered." I actually had to close my checking account just to make these money leeches stop taking unauthorized payments from me. The "Loan Readiness" program is a failure; they kept me in a paid subscription for 17 months, taking a total of $1,464, while their own records show a deliberate "slow-walk" of my file. It took them 7 months to get one single item corrected, and then another 7 months for the next. This is a clear pattern designed to drain monthly fees rather than provide the results their contract (Section 1c) claims "most clients" receive in 3 to 6 months. Manager sent an email claiming that as of December 2025, items were finally corrected—which proves they charged me for nearly a year and a half before showing any real progress. Even more unprofessional, they waited until the day AFTER the 14-day Better Business Bureau (BBB) deadline to finally send that email, clearly trying to dodge official accountability. Do not give this company your banking information—they do not follow the law or their own signed agreements. I have the emails and bank statements to prove every word of this if anyone—including the company—wants me to provide them.

Update: UQUAL is claiming there was a “communication breakdown.” I have responded promptly to every message from the company and from the BBB and have clearly requested a full refund after it took 17 months to remove just one item. After a day of waiting with no response, it is UQUAL that is holding things up, not me.
