Professionalism at its best! I needed a gift for a family friend who loves his boat and enjoys spending time hosting his friends on it. So, I wanted to prepare a small gift basket with special personalised items for his boat. I did a lot of research, emailed some websites, but couldn't find satisfactory answers. With Upwind Design, it was a different story. They quickly replied to me and answered all my questions, no matter how boring the questions were. They assisted me in finding the best gifts for my friend and they suggested alternatives. They prepared a gorgeous design and they asked for my confirmation on all the necessary steps. Shipping was directly to my friend and I was nervous about it. They did a great job shipping the gifts as well! Oh, my friend loved the gifts and he is still telling all his friends how much he loved his new goodies. Long story short, it was a perfect overall experience. They will be my go-to shop for all my boat-loving friends. Keep it up guys!
