If -100 was an option I would pick it! This website is a huge scam. I wish I would’ve read some reviews before I ordered some steel toe boots that weren’t steel toe at all! They were advertised as steel toe boots and arrived as fake Dr martens. They will not give me a full refund and don’t want me to send the item back to “save me the hassle”. Not to mention I had to email support because I never got a confirmation email and it took forever to arrive. I will be leaving a horrible review anywhere I can!

I Purchase a Pair of All Star tennis shoes 👟. I have yet to receive them almost 3 weeks. Can't get no answers 😕 I'm Still trying to get my money back 😩 I wanted my shoes tho..total scammers..look out

The only reason I am giving them a 1 is because-10 is not an option!! The boots I ordered were not what was on the website!! Cheep cheep cheep!! They looked like fake plastic if that is even possible. Don’t try to get your money back! They will email you and tell you to send pic and then claim that did not get them! That are quick to also let you now that you have to ship them back and it’s going to be very expensive due to it going to another county. Well it didn’t cost that much to get them shipped here in the first place!! Avoid at all cost!!!🤬

I ALMOST placed an order from this site...but Something caught my attention and made me hesitant.When I clicked on the item description, one of the category descriptive words (that was highlighted in bold print) was misspelled. This prompted me to read the site reviews; which, as you can see, are ALL horrible. I wish Google would place a rating on their search results based on customer experience reviews. This would eliminate so many people from being "taken for a ride."

My experience was a good one I love the boots I got. I ordered on two separate occasions and the boots are beautiful and comfortable and exactly what I hoped for. Only problem I had was they took almost a month to arrive and package was simple shrink wrap instead of a proper box. I do see I’m one of the lucky ones given the other reviews apparently

I placed an order which included some leopard boots that I really was looking forward to receiving. I also ordered a couple clothing items and a pair of denim slippers. I ordered the denim slippers in a size 11 and they sent me a size small enough that my 8yr old daughter could fit. As for the boots, they looked cute and fit fine but then I realized that there were no holes in the right flap of the right boot. FYI, the boots didn't come laced. The strings are tied together and placed inside one of the shoes. I have reached out to the company and I will update of they rectify these issues. These issues are very upsetting because the price of their items I feel are a bit too expensive to have to go through issues like these. Also, shipping is very snail paced.

This is a total scam and someone with authority should shut them down. They take pictures from other sites and then send YOU a cheap knockoff. If you want to return it, they tell you that you can send it to their address in China...which will cost you far more than the cost of the item. They know you won't do that!! If you insist you want a refund, they'll give you a partial refund...about a third of what you paid. THIS is how they make money! These Chinese companies are scamming thousands and getting away with it. I lost about $200 before I wised up.

This site is 100% a scam DO NOT order from them. Their size charts are wrong, merchandise is cheap, it takes a month for whatever you order to get to you and you will not get your money back. You will get a package with a NY return address and their site says you can return any item…what they don’t mention is that they are in China and shipping will cost between $60-$70. Even if you did pay that and return the item, they won’t give you a refund anyway. They will offer a percentage of a discount and will continue to respond to your emails until you actually make a decision and ask for a refund. Then they don’t ever get back to you again.

My favorite Corky shoes are no longer in shoe stores. Went online and googled the brand and style. Several options popped up. These from Upustyle looked just like them. Same name, same style, same color. I will be sending these to a homeless shelter. They are not worth the shipping to send them back. They are NOT Corky Shoes. No name on them anywhere. It looks like cork design wall paper on the exposed sides of the platforms (bet that will last through maybe one rain day) The platform underneath is plastic. I actually ordered from two different companies and the other ones came within a week. I knew it was a scam when I received an email three weeks later letting me know they had passed through customs. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAVE GOTTEN ME!

The Worse I will never EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN !! Over a month to receive and one size came in half size to big very poor quality material for sure. One pair of my boots smell so rank not sure how long I will have to air them out . May have to try and give them to homeless so someone may enjoy the two new boots I bought If I could give them a -0 score if I could very very disappointed

A good friend of mine ordered some shoes in a 12! The scammers sent a size 7! Upon complaint, they wasted a MONTH to get back to her and in an attempt to remedy THEIR mistake they offered a 25% refund AND a voucher for 5$ (as if they'll ever shop at this scam store again). When my friend asked for them to send her the return label and asked them if the shipping fee was covered by then, they told her NO. NO?! You guys made a mistake, my friend is already accepting your dirt cheap "deal". The least you could do is pay for the shipping fee with the money you guys seem to love stealing from patrons. SHAMELESS.

I haven't received my shoes and I'm on week 2!! Never again

The boots I received were just as expected, as well as the shirts & dress. I had an issue with the shoe sandals that I purchased, and they refunded quickly after I sent photos showing them (2 left feet). I really appreciate the customer service I received.

This company is a scam and someone should look into starting a class action lawsuit. In fact, I found them by doing a Google search for Doc Martens. Google should have a warning for companies like this that are accessible through Google's site. I ordered the shoes, didn't not receive any confirmation number for my order and the order has not shipped a whole week later. There is no way to contact the company via a 1-800 number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

It took about 3 weeks to get my package and I was worried based on the reviews from previous customers, but I received the item that I ordered in new condition and not a knock off from what I can tell. 10/10

I ordered sneakers from this company and still didn’t receive them. This company is a ripe off!

I would give zero stars if I could. The shoes are terrible quality and are sized so ridiculously they wouldn't fit anyone. The material is cheap. And they won't activate a return for me. I've emailed five times, sent in pictures, not sure what else to do.

TRASH!!! Sure, you might receive what you ordered.. but it will be the cheapest, most low quality knock off version of what you actually paid for. You pay $70 for something that shows up and looks like its worth $20, max. Stitching coming out and cheap material all the way around. Do not waste your money or time.

This has been the most awful experience I've ever encountered. I so wish I had did my research prior to wasting money on a item that I have yet to receive in two months. Trying to save $80 bucks on a dress for my daughter's birthday that their site had that was identical. I should have used my gut instinct because it was too good to be true. Emails have been unanswered and I feel I have failed my 1st born. Someone definitely needs to burn them down. After these reviews I am so grateful I am not alone in heartbreak and disappointment.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered three pairs of jeans none of which looked like the photos online. They were too big and extremely ugly. The material was very cheap and they look nothing like advertised. Just like everyone else in the reviews that I am now reading I was offered a 30% refund. I refused this refund and counter-offered with an 80% refund. I was told I could send them back but it would probably be more expensive than the items purchased which was a grand total of $102. I wish I had read the reviews. Nobody wants these jeans!
