Scam. Do not buy. They will not process returns for their terrible products.

Ok I just spent 37.00 on a purse haven't got it yet but I don't see not one good review on your website this scares me I better receive it soon and it better be in good quality!!!

Dress bought was poor quality and didn’t fit. They asked to send pics… said it looks gorgeous. But would send a 5% refund if I just kept it and wouldn’t give me an address to return and the process would be long and cumbersome if I decided to return. Aka… Impossible.

Giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 star. Ordered Birckenstock shoes for my wife for Christmas. I've now sent four different emails to them trying to get a different size and they will not respond to anything. I've sent them my order number, receipt, and explanation of everything. I'll never use this company again and will continue to write negative reviews for them. Lesson learned. Never again with this company.

I wish there was a lower rating. Ordered Birkenstock Boston shoes as a Christmas gift for my daughter. As I never received a tracking number and was worried they'd be late, I ordered a backup pair elsewhere (and contacted Upustyle, trying to cancel the order). Thank goodness for backup! The Upustyle knock-offs (advertised as the real deal) didn't arrive until 2023 and the quality is terrible. No box, the buckles are held on by what looks like blue twist ties, and the material is not good. I am trying to return the shoes but have had no luck with customer services yet.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter and the decal is peeling off. There are strings hanging from all the seams, as if they didn't finish sewing it. When I stated I want a refund they offered me a 15 percent discount and said it would be too expensive to ship. This company is a scam!

This company sells "fake" merchandise and does not honor their return/refund policy. This has to be the worst company i have ever ordered from. My daughters grandparents ordered her a pair of "Birkenstock" sandals for Christmas. The sandals arrived and you could tell immediately that they were not authentic. We contacted customer service to return items and get a refund, and they stall by offering a percentage refund if we keep the items. We told them no we want to return for a full refund, and still have gotten no where. They said that return shipping will be expensive??? Please do not buy anything from this "Scam" company

Horrible! I ordered a sweatshirt for Christmas for my daughter! She didn’t even get to wear it we washed it on light and the whole decal peeled and was falling off! I asked for refund they said they can give 10 percent or if I ship back it’s 30 dollars. I shouldn’t have to pay for a thing for something to fall apart and not have even been worn yet. My mistake for not reading reviews first. But don’t buy from websites that you don’t know of. I should have paid a little more to get the same shirt at urban outfitters! And yes I should also give 0 stars. They should be shut down.

Received a prompt and polite email response from customer service telling me it'd cost $30 to send back my $20 shirt in order to get a full refund. They strongly encouraged I just take a 10% refund and keep the product. In other words, returns are basically impossible.

Do not order from this website! My mother got me the "birkenstocks" for Christmas, besides the fact that they didn't fit me they turned out to be cheap knock offs. They came wrapped in plastic and smelt so bad we had to put them outside. When we got in touch for a full refund as per their return policy, they refused and only offered a 15% refund. We told them again that we would like a full refund, the refused AGAIN and sent quite the unprofessional email.

I had the same experience as a reviewer wrote about “Birkenstocks”. I received them wrapped in a plastic bag. They smell like gasoline. I’ve put them outside because the odor is so strong. I’ve reached out for a refund. They emailed and offered to refund 20% and when I said I’d like a full refund, they offered 30%. I strongly recommend not ordering from this website.

My wife loves the lookalike Grey Goose shoes I purchased for her. Just like the real deal and so much less expensive. Was worried they wouldn't arrive by Christmas but they arrived plenty early. Great company!

So far, 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my shipment. Very disappointed!

Can not believe the product I received from this fake website! I thought I was ordering Birkenstocks, boy was I mislead! When I received the fake shoes, they were not even in a box, just taped up tight in a bag and the odor was was overwhelming, I had to take them outside!!! Some kind of chemical smell. This is illegal what they are doing, misleading customers and selling garbage! Please do not order from this company! 😕

I would give a negative star review if that option was available. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SITE! YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN ITEMS AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

The worst experience ever. I ordered shoes from them and they came very late and very, very poorly made. Each SHOE is differently sized. Not even one shoe is correct. And the material is horrible - a very cheap knock off. Totally useable. So they offer me 45% off in order to keep it. And what am i suppose to do with it? And in order to return them i need to send it to china and pay the postage. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!

The shipping timeframe was long and not only was the quality of the item horrible (I should have expected that for the price). However, although it was a good attempt at replicating the item, it looks NOTHING like the image that is being used to sell the product. When the merchandise and the picture is NOT a match, that is considered fraud. I will not waste my time or money sending it back. I will simply wear it as an Halloween costume.

If I could give a zero I would! Their scam is that if you want to return something they will NOT give you an address to do it. They keep reminding you that you cannot send the stuff back to the address on the package. Obviously, they just use a US fulfillment warehouse, and they are really in China. They try to bargain with you and say that they'll give you a 20% refund and a 15% off coupon for your next order if you just keep the stuff and don't return it. Well, if it doesn't fit, what are you going to do with it? And the shoes I ordered are junk, so why would I order anything else from them? The sizes are not consistent. And let me tell you - A Chinese Wide is not a USA Wide!!! I'm out a bunch of money.....
