Customer-Centric and Consistently Reliable
In our line of business, we work with numerous SaaS sales teams, both for our clients and ourselves. It’s rare to encounter such an engaged leader (in the sales process) who genuinely takes the time to listen to customers one-on-one.
We've been with Uptime.com for around six months now, and that level of commitment is really evident in the product; our experience is one of a robust and reliable platform very capable of monitoring our entire estate (including now those third-parties).
Lots of SaaS products have roadmaps and feedback tools but often it feels like window dressing. Not the case here. You actually feel like using those mechanisms because they are suitably responded to and moreover actioned where appropriate.
Really pleased we chose Uptime.com.
Pretty good for anything less than 5 9s
Uptime.com is pretty decent, but the UI can be a bit clunky and counterintuitive to use at times. Limited to 4 9s (i.e. 99.99%) uptime monitoring, anything higher is treated as 100% so if you need to measure 5+ 9s then you should look elsewhere.

Previously used a more expensive service called Alertbot, happy we made the switch, this is better and less expensive.
Indispensible
Seamless, reliable, broad monitoring checks for critical services. Worth every penny.
Great service
Great service, one of the simplest to use in this product space, good integrations for notifications with slack, would love to see some integration with selenium.

Uptime.com is a great tool for monitoring web site or other endpoint up-time against SLAs. It is web based, lightweight, and easy to use. I would give it 5 stars if it were not for a few minor aspects of the UI that I find confusing, mainly around the Reports section and knowing how to look at activity and filter what can be included or filtered and such. I sometimes get lost in the hierarchy and options if I haven't changed them in a while. Otherwise, I was able to get reasonable alerts set up within the first hour or two of initiating an account, and this has proven most useful to reporting and SLA status with customers. I would highly recommend this solution to anyone looking to implement up-time or SLA metrics around endpoint tracking.

Good!
Uptime.com really helps us to monitor our websites and keeps us in loop with the helpful weekly reports delivered right to our emails.
Very pleased
Overall, we've been very pleased with the Uptime.
The interface is clean and straightforward, the API makes it easy to add and remove checks programmatically and the pricing is competitive.
We had an issue with false positives a while back, but that seems to have been resolved.
Thanks, guys!

Very happy with both the support I received and product.
I would highly recommend uptime robot.
Good tools
Good tools, responsive support, seems to still be maturing as some basic functionality available in competing services is not available.
Excellent uptime product!
Excellent product, with a great free trial. After 12 days of trial, we have now subscribed to the paid product as we're very happy with the service.
Clean, fast and reliable.
Kind of set up and forget tool. Once configured and tested, makes it's work in the most unobtrusive way possible.
Website Life Saver
We use Uptime.com to monitor TorontoRentals.com and it gives us peace of mind knowing the second we have any site connectivity issues Uptime will send a text message to us. This happened earlier this year after business hours. I received an Uptime notification that some of our main city URLs went down, I quickly called one of our developers to troubleshoot the server issue and within minutes we had our city URLs back online rendering properly. Without Uptime we would have caught the issue the following morning causing a lot of site visitors to land on 404 urls.
Getting started was extremely easy
Getting started was extremely easy. I was testing multiple domains within minutes for the most basic checks which was great. The only thing I could possibly suggest would be to have support for a domain-centric view so I could see multiple tests (ie https, dns, etc) for one domain. Unless I missed this somewhere.

Great service
I have put all my sites on Uptime, perfect notification system for when a site goes down. I changed my older slower host to a better host after I came to know how much the sites were going down from Uptime. 100% recommend if you have sites that earn $$ and can not afford to go down.
Very prompt notifications
Very prompt notifications when my websites are having issues.
Also – it made me realize that using my web host as a place to transfer files slows down my hosted websites considerably. I now use an external hard-drive or Google Drive instead. Yes... I was an idiot before Uptime BUT after using it I feel like a genius. ;)
Reliable & trustworthy. Great interface. Definitely recommend.
As a solo administrator/developer, I really appreciate being able to rely on Uptime to notify me of any hiccups or outages with our site. The admin console is extremely snappy and very easy to understand. It's great that they make API endpoints available as well, so that we can pull the data in to our own application. The primary function - notification for outages - works great as well, I receive email/SMS alerts within moments of anything happening. It's hard to overstate just how important it is to be able to be immediately aware of any issues whatsoever.
I definitely feel like I can trust Uptime, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market for this type of service.
