True to their word!!

Ordered the part one evening. Next morning had an email thanking me and telling me the part was ready for shipment. I would be sent a tracking nimber as soon as it was issued and they did exactly that. Quite impressed. The part was well packaged.

product fit and delivery time and cost were very good.

Product was delivered in very good time, but was not to the product in the photo that I ordered,the part nevertheless fit, but was missing the gaskets. no big deal they only cost 5.00.
the prices are good for the products and I would not hesitate to purchase parts from them again.

Our policies state: "Please verify that the item is the correct fit for your vehicle. Do not modify any part - If the part does not fit properly, please contact us immediately. Any part that is modified by the buyer without written authorization will automatically void any warranty and the return policy. We highly recommend customers to match the new and old parts exactly before dismantling the old part."

If you modify the part in anyway to force fit this will void any option to return for money back and/or exchange. You should have contacted us via email with your issue and we would of gladly resolved it, it's unfair that without even attempting to have the part installed first your already leaving us a 2 star review.

Great exhaust

Ordered entire exhaust, came with gaskets and hardware, all at a 3rd the cost onf Indy exhaust. Very satisfied
