Before joining the 30K+ PLR Bestseller Library Ecosystem™, I invested in a popular course from the USA, but it left me overwhelmed, bored, and unsure what to do next. The videos were long, slow, and there was no real step-by-step guidance to help me take action.

This was one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve ever made. I paid a premium price expecting a professional, well-structured course, but what I received was extremely low quality. The lessons lacked depth, skipped over critical areas like product research and marketing, and were written so poorly, full of grammar and spelling errors, that it was distracting to even try to follow along. The course also failed to provide clear, actionable guidance on integral topics such as product research and marketing.

I flagged these problems directly to the company, but nothing was fixed until I spoke publicly. The course was so poorly put together that I couldn’t even finish it. For something marketed as a serious business resource, it felt sloppy, incomplete, and not worth anywhere near the cost.

What was most discouraging was how feedback was handled. Instead of welcoming constructive criticism, I was met with hostility and threats when trying to share my experience elsewhere. That alone tells me a lot about the company’s priorities.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel strongly that potential buyers should know what I wish I had known: this course did not live up to its promises, and in my opinion, it is absolutely not a trustworthy or valuable investment.

“I signed up for Anne’s 30k plan as I felt I’d hit a plateau in my Etsy shop. I was generating about 1k a month but found my shop wasn’t growing even as I was adding new listings. I was really excited and amazed to see the way Anne and her team curated a 90 day plan of daily tasks to follow and implement based on a full audit of my shop.

Some involved creating new content and offerings but a lot of the tasks were simple steps to follow that after time totally changed the perceived value of my products. She was able to frame things in such a simple and tangible way that makes sense to beat the competition and build a loyal customer base.

I wrote this in 2024 but just wanted to provide a follow-up. I’ve been quite consistent with following the 30k plan and started building out my website and other marketing channels. I’ve significantly increased my revenue since last year (more than doubled it) and continue to grow as a business and brand. So grateful to Anne and Gem for all of the support and guidance along the way! If you’re committed and motivated but just need a roadmap to help you get there than this plan can absolutely work for you too.

What can I say! This has been the best programme I have ever done to launch my business. I never thought about having my own business until I came across Anne and Upstrider. After having a stroke last year I was no longer able to go back to work… I had to spend almost 3 months in the hospital, it was while in the hospital I found Anne! The 30k program has been the most amazing program I’ve EVER purchased… to LITERALLY have every step laid out for you is the best thing ever… some tasks are a little bit longer the others but it’s a true testament to the dedication you have to building your business…. I’m typically up all day and night working because I can actually see progress and so excited about where I’m going I can hardly sleep… if you are TRULY invested in creating a business of your own that will actually produce the outcome being offered then this is the best thing going… if it had not been for this program I would literally have no income to look forward to..I feel so blessed to have met Anne words could never express…

I purchased the plan from Upstrider, enticed by the rave reviews she frequently posts. After spending over £1000+ on the plan, I am utterly disappointed. The plan I received was no different from the ones she sells on Etsy, which are significantly cheaper. To make matters worse, she sent the plan late, and there were no follow-ups or offers of help afterward, despite the hefty price tag.

For the amount of money spent, I expected a high-quality, personalised service, but instead, I received something basic that lacked the support and care promised. Its heavily focused on digital products! When I clearly told her before pruchasing that its a physical product I am selling.

Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I absolutely do not recommend the plan. Save your money—awful service, awful product. No improvements on my Etsy stats.

I came across Upstrider by coincidence trying to figure out what to do with my life. Anne inspired me... Her work inspired me and I couldn't help but buy her products. I found Anne online when I was a year and half into my business. I was struggling to say the least and really needed direction. When I reached out to her personally, she was so kind and genuinely excited to help me grow. She wrote me a personalized 30+ plan and I was shocked at how thorough it was.
