Well where do I begin
Well where do I begin. Umm they literally do EVERYTHING FOR YOU. Drag and drop files in. hit go live and thats it. Like frfr. I was on the verge of buying another pc to make that my server. and nope, these guys said hold up, we got you. Not to mention it was super easy setting up. Way easier than streamlabs and they are one of my favorites to. The overlays and not to mention the numerous tools that they give you to make your stream better. If you have an issue? Hit the chat button and they get back within seconds! Not a bot, an actual person. The man fixed my issue with facebook in the matter of minutes. His name? Sebastian! Give him a raise! Best 24/7 streaming platform out there

Streaming Made Easy & Excellent Responsive Customer Service
Upstream is exactly what I needed to stream without having all the technical knowledge or patience to deal with other complicated streaming methods. When I had an issue Customer service was right there to assist and resolve my issue (on a Sunday no less). I highly recommend them.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. I tested it, and now using it for live-streaming to YouTube. One doesn't need more than this. No complications & very user friendly - even for those who are not much aware of the technicalities. Moreover, unlike other similar service providers, here one doesn't need to provide the login to the google account.

A Great Program
The software is intuitive, with strong customer support through chat. Within a half hour of purchase, was live streaming recorded videos on YouTube, with minimal effort and cost (unlike other programs that I had looked at, for the same purpose).

Upstream is intuitive and easy to use. Customer support responded quickly and was very knowledgeable in resolving my issues. The price is right. I highly recommend this service.

Great quality of stream but lacking features
Great quality of stream and good job keeping it running 24/7. However, missing a lot of useful features to make it easy to navigate and use. The ability to put individual tracks into different folders, and then be able to shuffle the selected folders you want (say you didn't want a certain genre to play that week or day). There's no searchbar to type your uploaded tracks to be able to delete stuff you don't want (without having to unload them all from playing and then use the search bar and finally delete). Then it's missing the ability to schedule a certain track to play at a certain time. Like I would like to play an hour long premade DJ mix at noon, 5pm and 11pm, with the ability to have prescheduled (if I'm not physically there to start it) play then while everything else shuffles all day. Just a few helpful UI features to make it easier for customers would greatly improve its experience!
