Regarding the course access, we would like to clarify that our "Lifetime Standard" membership provides comprehensive access to our primary professional library and faculty benefits. The specialized AI courses are also available for you to access in your account.

In terms of our refund policy, while we do outline a 14-day window in certain contexts, our terms—which are agreed upon at the time of purchase—state: "You acknowledge that you do not have a right to change your mind in respect of one-off purchase of digital content where we have provided, or started to provide, you with access to the relevant digital content." (Section 11, https://www.upskillist.com/terms/).

As a digital service provider, our fulfillment is automated. The moment your upgrade was processed, full lifetime benefits were activated and made available to you. Per our terms, once this digital content is delivered, we are unable to process a monetary refund.

We would like to clarify the structure of our Lifetime memberships to address your concern about "locked" materials:

Lifetime Standard: This tier provides unlimited access to view and complete all video lessons across our entire library for life.

Lifetime Unlimited: This premium tier includes everything in Standard plus all downloadable PDF toolkits and official certificates. The materials you are seeing as locked are the downloadable PDFs, which are an exclusive feature of the Unlimited tier.

3. Technical Performance
We sincerely apologize for the lack of progress tracking on your iPad. As previously mentioned, our technical team is investigating this bug specifically for mobile Safari users. Regarding the completion status of your modules, our system records progress based on the completion of the final assessments and time spent on the platform. Any discrepancy between your view and our backend is often due to a synchronization error or browser cache. We have no reason to doubt your word; however, as we must rely on our server logs for auditing, we can only verify what is recorded there.

As previously clarified, our billing system operates on UTC. The renewal was processed on January 7th at 03:27 AM UTC, which may have appeared as January 6th in your local time. Because the premium access was automatically granted for the new billing cycle the moment the charge was successful, we must adhere to our non-refundable policy for digital content.

While we cannot process a refund, we truly want to resolve this amicably. Our offer for 6 months of additional complimentary access remains open. This would allow you to continue your Project Management diploma and receive your certification without any further costs.

Please let us know via email if you would like us to activate this for you. Your account is already set to cancel, so no future charges will occur regardless of your decision.
