Upscript is totally fake

Upscript is totally fake. Requested a prescription for Dexcom G7 sensor. Paid $25.00 for doctor to review my medical information and to issue a prescription to my drug store. Pharmacy received prescription but said information missing. Contact upscripe five times with no results. Last time I contacted them was online where they requested I fill out a form along with my credit card number . I read fine print and it stated that I would be charged $65.00 a month to provide assistance with investigating. At that I knew it was a scam.

Telehealth Scam

I went through their telehealth via the Voquezna website, GERD medication. I completed about 10 to 15 questions, paid $25 and was sent a message that it would take 24 to 48 hours to get reviewed and the prescription sent out. It's been 56 hours and nothing. I've emailed them twice and an auto reply is delivered saying it takes 24 to 48 hours to review. I think this is a scam. Do not trust this company nor Voquezna which is a great medicine. But if they are working with this company, I'm not sure I would trust them either. 1 star

worst, non-responsive customer service.

This company has the worst customer service of any company I have worked with. Their chat support doesn't work (I have never seen an agent available). I've been working with this for several weeks to resolve. Sent email to service/support email provided on website, never got response, and they can't find any of the emails I've sent trying to cancel autoship. I've called, waited on hold for half hour+, get someone that's going to escalate to a supervisor (or sometimes a manager), and they me that someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours. AND, any call from them comes through as spam call. I don't know if there are any other pharmacies that provide VIZZ, but if your doc uses UpScript Pharmacy, find an alternative.

Do not order from Upscript

I ordered vizz from this company and had an adverse reaction. Reached out numerous times regarding my reaction th the product. Never received a response. Called no answer. Chat feature - consistently stated no agents available. No response to several emails. Strongly recommend staying away from UpScript and this product.

Paid for a prescription I never received

I paid the fee to be connected with an NP, but getting the correct prescription afterward was a problem. The medication price offered through Upscript was nearly 4X higher than local pharmacies. I reached out multiple times to have the prescription sent to a nearby pharmacy with reasonable pricing, but the prescribing provider stopped responding.

End result: no filled prescription and lost sign up fee, which I will be disputing. Very poor communication and follow-through. I would not use this service again. Do not waster your time or money.

Be aware

To be seen you fill out basic info. Name, dob, address, preferred pharmacy.
I paid $45 for a prescription consultation. Provider was late and did not answer my questions. My prescription was sent to a pharmacy an hour away. Nobody called me. Not them or the pharmacy. I go to bell pharmacy in Tampa (not the pharmacy I chose, they picked it) and they tell me they neither had the prescription nor stocked the medication. I requested a refund via email and was told to call around and see what pharmacy stocks my prescription because they could not refund me since I had already completed the appointment via telehealth to get the prescription. That is the providers job. I’ve worked in clinical settings, we do not make the patients call around to see where they can get their script sent. I believe they knowingly prescribed me this medication that is not available since they only get paid via consultations. My appointment was on 9/9 it is now 9/20 now refund no medication
