UPS Sweden fails again

I gave UPS Sweden another chance. And regretted it. The package arrived two days late even though I paid for it to be delivered faster than normal. UPS do not work well in Sweden. In the last couple of years they have never been able to deliver to my house. They say Im not at home even tough I'm home all day and have a dog that barks if anyone knocks or ring the doorbell. They have failed to notify me when the package is at an accesspoint for pickup. Webpage is very hard to navigate and it's almost impossible to work with if you want to change any information in our account or on a package. They say that they have no way of contacting their drivers, I call BS. Customerservice is super low, all they can say is that they are sorry. It has been this way for years. I keep trying to give them new chances. But they fail every year. I'll just use other freight options from now on.

Package Still At Access Point - Day 6

I wish I had read the reviews before leaving a time sensitive package at a UPS Access Point. Six days later and it's still there. Absolutely shocking service...never again. You think a worldwide company of UPS status would be trustworthy. They couldn't be less interested in my enquiries to find out what was happening. Pretty disgusting, use at your peril.

Poor service, to avoid absolutely

Poor service, not to mention after-sales service. I had 4 parcels delivered from Paris to Sweden, resulting in 2 parcels arriving after 20 days in transit (iso 4-5 announced), one parcel sent back to France and one parcel lost in Germany, then received after waiting 69 days. It was an expensive computer screen that stopped working on arrival, but customer service didn't want to hear about it because the cushioning on the inside wasn't even 5cm thick over the whole of the box (I should point out, though, that it was the original Samsung packaging, and strong enough to survive 4-5 days' transport). The result was a broken screen and a parcel sent back to France, with no refund accepted by UPS for the damaged product or the service not rendered. To be avoided absolutely

Wow! Sucks!

Wow! This really sucks!
The worst website, support, ai bot and delivery Company in the world!
Trying to contact them, trying to chat with the ai bot, and trying to start a account so I can se and change my delivery, because ups can’t deliver 1 of 2 package.
I’m really blown away! Really bad!

Service provided was very poor

Service provided was very poor. Information given by customer support also not correct. I assume they were telling lies that there is no cars available, drivers have no work phone etc. Also did not bother to think and give advice how to receive the package. Very disappointed.

Don't recomend at all, worste delivery company that I meet in 4 countries

The package reached in Sweden and here most pb they lost it. The disturbing part is that they were lying and made me wait 2 weeks, call them many many times, emails exchanges... until I just abandoned the Ideea of getting the package.
They rescheduled around 7-8 times, I called them many many times and one agent is telling that the delivery is today, and another one that the package is at 200km away from me and never left their warehouse. I took a day off from work to wait for them and nothing. I asked them where is it so I can go myself and pick it and they told me that they will deliver. I asked for a phone nr from the delivery guy, I never got it...and all this frustration went for 2 weeks until I reached to cancel the order. Is clearly that they just don't care about their customers.
If you get messages with Delivery Attempted.. good luck, forget about it

Unbelievable Awful

- Customer Support call center did nothing but ask me to contact their driver while they provide no contact.
- The website asked me enroll/sign up to be able to modify the delivery. Turned out one cannot do anything there: (1) cannot add delivery info such as door code, floor nr. (2)cannot choose a pick up point (3)cannot choose to leave the parcel outside (4)cannot contact driver or leave message (5)cannot leave phone number
- AND THEN IT SAID THE PARCEL WAS DELIVERED WHICH WAS NOT. I WAS HOME ENTIRE TIME AND RECEIVE NO CALL, NO DOOR RING, NO KNOCK, NO MESSAGE.

Even thou you are supposed to get your…

Even thou you are supposed to get your package to your door it gets dropped at the pick up center. I was home all day today and ordered a package to my door. I got a message and tracking number which stated that my package is on it's way. Then without any call, door knock or a sign from a deliviery man...the package is suddenly at my parcel pickup spot :D Great job offering your costumers the service they pay for!

Absolutely worst service

Absolutely worst service! Will never again expose me for this company!
The only one in Sweden who requires paper printed label to accept a return and it’s still the most expensive one!
All other companies have a label printer at their agency.

First I get an invoice for a package…

First I get an invoice for a package that was never delivered and spend time calling UPS customer service to clear that up. In the process I ask for written confirmation that the matter has been solved. This never arrives.

A month and a half goes by and they send another invice despite having made clear that the matter is closed and I should not pay the bogus invoice.

So I call them up again and find out that their billing department is so incredibly bad at its job that they keep sending out invoices long after the matter is closed, with the explnation that it takes them this long to get things sorted.

Whatever you do, stay away from these clowns.

UPS is the worst courier company ever!

UPS is the worst courier company ever! They never deliver packages, even if the customer is at home. They do not contact the customer by phone on the day of delivery, they just send a text message saying that they were unable to deliver the package and that the package is available for collection at the collection point. This means that they do not even attempt to deliver the package. This company should stop existing and I wish this for this company and for all of us.

Insane Incompetency!

Insane Incompetency!
It's been a month and a half that I've been trying to get my parcel deliver. The customer help is close to insulting. Each time we call them they do not provide any working solution and honestly do not feel very invested. I've been hearing "keep assured madame that your parcel will be delivered in the next 2-3 business". which obviously is never the case. Delivery agents keep putting delivery access code missing as the reason to prevent the delivery... that despite being on delivery access points (shops) open all day long without passcode needed.
I'm at lost with what I need to do to get this parcel.

This is a mockery.

The worst “delivery” service that never…

The worst “delivery” service that never does delivery! Every time I order something and I get an email that it’s gonna be sent by UPS I get frustrated and don’t understand why sellers choose it among so many other much better options!
Every time it’s just the same scenario:
1) I get an email that my parcel estimate delivery is tomorrow 13:15 - 16:15
2) at 13:00 next day I receive an email “We tried to deliver your parcel, but could not leave it without a signature.”
No you didn’t even try! I work from home in front of a window that is facing parking lot so I would have seen a car pull into a driveway, but nobody even tried to come here, knock on the door and deliver parcel.
3) I have to ask someone to drive me to a pickup point on the weekend because I don’t have a car and the nearest pick up point is on the opposite side of town in the middle of nowhere.
Cannot describe how much I hate UPS

Bad service

Every time I order something, and I get an email says "UPS will deliver your package". I scream so loud that people who lives 5,000 miles away can hear my scream.

Here in Sweden their drivers are not allowed to call receivers. According to their customer service, drivers don't have a phone with them. So if anything happens like there is no door code provided, you are not home, or you are home but they think you are not, or you are home but they don't know how to open the building door, they will not try to deliver your package.

There is no notification either! You have to sign up on their website which doesn't work. Trust me. I tried like a couple times, and they forced me to choose "USA" as my location even though I live in Sweden. So if you can't change the location, you can't do anything else.

You can try to call them, but their customer service will act like your case isn't important. Why would it be important? I mean they don't even think they need to delivery your package.

Waste of time joke company

I have spent over 15h of my time trying to get my package. The lazy ass driver just drives past my address and updates the status to "unable to deliver" third time I was waiting by the door and didn't even see the car go by.
Customer service is a joke and can't help.
AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME.
